"Parchment Paper", Who Knew!!!!... This is the exact tutorial I was looking for. I have been on the fence about buying a cutter to make decals for my fishing rods and I swear absolutely no one had a "shadow" video with the actual vinyl, all they showed was "shadow tutorials" in Inkscape or some other software. Excellent video.
@deborahstreb Curious, are the frustrations with the use of Cameo overall or Cameo 4? I ask because I currently own a Cricut Explore Air and a Cameo 3, and considering purchasing the new Cameo 4.
@@vspartner I have heard from so many people that the #4 is troublesome. If you have the #3 and you like it, I wouldn’t waste money on the #4. I think us beginners get frustrated with any of them until we get more practice. I am getting better so I keep at it.
you all probably dont care but does anyone know of a trick to log back into an instagram account?? I somehow forgot the login password. I would appreciate any tips you can give me
@Quinton Calvin Thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site on google and Im trying it out atm. Seems to take a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
I just found your channel. Great tips, I use the parchment paper too but have not tried the layering like you have. Mine have been offset. Now I will layer a color that doesn’t show up well on a pen. Great save, thank you. One hint I learned from Becky at Design Studio. Control Arrow will give you a duplicate in any direction you want, several if you keep going. I use it all the time, i hope you try. Thanks for the video, I will be watching more and have subscribed. Love your energy too
When I layer vinyl on top of vinyl can see the background color come thought. For example yellow on blue I will see the blue through the yellow. Any suggestions on how to avoid this?

I would love to see more instructional cameo videos from you. So many of us are frustrated with it! Great tutorial.

Thank you soooooo much!
You're welcome!
Can you knockout the hidden parts of the back copies then just cut the shadowed parts to keep the layer thin? Hope I'm explaining that right😅
you totally can! That will be a whole new youtube video though!
What font are you using? I love it!!!
I hand lettered this!
100% Acton removes vinyl off of shirts really good
