Art was already in a more mainstream horror movie: All Hallows Eve. And it did ok but not the greatest. It was only when the first terrifier came out that Art was recognized because of all the gore. It was different from the mainstream garbage horror that’s been out recently. Not to sound like an ass but not every horror needs to be mainstream. The more intense horror movies need their icons too
I agree not all horror movies need to be mainstream, but man i see him and i feel like he would be perfect to give younger kids nightmares like Freddy gave me nightmares lol. I guess it is different thought because I used to go to the video store to rent movies with my parents and I knew to a avoid the horror aisle. With streaming being the thing now it's not the same - Nathan
