Hello, I live near Lubbock, Texas, and watched your video. I am a bread lover, and I liked the way you explained and presented your recipe so simple. Thank you for sharing with us your country's culture and traditions.
Thank you so much for sharing recipes in English! I lived in Izmir for 5 years from the time I was 11-16 years old (‘92-‘97). I knew fluent Turkish back then, but now days I can’t remember a lot :(. This past month I had been looking for recipes of Ekmek you get from the bakaal and was having major issues with translating and measurements, but after finding your channel, it has helped a lot 😊
Asalaamu Alaykum. May Allah accept your fast (Siyam) and your prayers (Qiyam). Ameen. This Ramadan pide I made a few months ago. It was delicious. InshaAllah I will make it again in Ramadan. Jazakallahu khayran for the reminder.
Both designs are absolutely beautiful! Your breads are always inspiring. Thank you for sharing your gift of Turkish food. I hope you have many blessings throughout Ramadan and beyond 🙏❤️
hello Aysenur , wishing you and your family much happiness and blessing this Ramadan and always ❤....pide looks so tasty, i'm going to try making it for sunday breakfast
Ramadan Mubarak. Thanks so much for this recipe. I used to live in an area of london with lots of turkish bakeries, restaurants and shops. This bread was sold all year and was so delicious. Was searching for this recipe for iftar. Pray you and your family have a blessed Ramadan.
Hai aysenur Ramzan Mubarak if it could be be possible i can actually travel through my screen to your kitchen and start eating at the very moment u serve the dish and your way of cooking and explaining each minute details is amazing mouth watering recipes mashallah thank you god bless you
Beautiful! You are a true baker-master! I can almost taste that bread it looks so good. Tomorrow I'm going to get lavas bread at a Turkish bakery. I live in The Hague The Netherlands Good luck and Fortune to you.
Hello, I live in Chicago, Illinois and have watched your video's. They are very informative and made understandably well. Happy Ramadan and Bless All who are Fasting. I will try your Bread Recipe for Turkish Ramadan Pide and let you know how it turned out.🙏♥
Elinize sağlık 😊 And those small squares you see are where the bread/pide breaks when you pull, and are good to stuff with anything you like to use as a sandwich ingredient and eat as tiny miny sandwichlings at iftar or with breakfast ingredients at sahur. I love honey and clotted cream best. If there is not any, sesame paste/tahin and molasses are very good too. Kind of like peanut butter with jelly spirit I am guessing. But at iftar they're savory generally, like olives with cheese. Or dried meat or sucuk and mixed salad. You stuff what you like yourself, eat it, stuff something else, eat that. Dip them in the main meal if sauce is involved. etc...
I remember buying these big pides in the Turkish bakery in Melbourne… I’ll keep them in the fridge and try to eat them within 3-4 days cos they were too big for me to eat alone… but i love them just with butter and coffee for my breakkie… yummz… 😊
You can slice it as I did and freeze the rest while still fresh the same day you bake or buy. Just take as much as you need and let it thaw by itself or however way you use. Then heat on medium high in cast iron if you have or nonstick pan with lid it will be like out from the oven 😊🙋🏻♀️
Thank you for this recipe. My father likes Ramadan ekmek quite a lot and he was so sad that they don't sell it on a regular basis. Now I can make it all year round :)
More often now I am interested in healthy food. I no longer buy bread products because I don't know what the ingredients used. Thank you Aysenur. Have a blessed day🙏🤗💞🐲
Hello and thank you for a wonderful video. I am a retired Canadian living in rural northern Việt Nam and made this for my Vietnamese family. Nobody said a word but it disappeared in about fifteen minutes. Everybody was smiling: "good. You make again soon ok?" So again, thank you.
Oh that’s lovely! 😊 it usually happens to me too at home, nobody says anything while I wait for a comment but they just dig in😃 happy to hear that🙋🏻♀️ my pleasure

Hi, love your videos =) We are coming to Turkiye during Ramadan. Do you have any idea where can I get these Ramadan Pide near Sultanahmet Square? Thank you.
Thank you so much! I did 1 tablespoon of olive oil but in the video you say 1 teaspoon. The dough is not forming with 1 tablespoon, it might be too much oil?
