Today I prepared 2.5 meters of fabric to sew a very simple and beautiful dress. Actually, I didn't use all of this fabric, the excess fabric is enough to make a pair of shorts ^^

Very nice!! I love this border (especially the color) but as short as I am I probably wouldn’t wear such a contrasting one, or that wide on a dress. I would though on a lounger. I think on a dress I would choose fabric w/ either softer (colors) or a narrow (2-3 in wide) border. Great job. Your designs are easy enough for a newbie, but look like “dress shop”… w/ a price tag & fabric we control. And lets face it… how many times have you looked at a rack & wondered who the crazy person was that picked the colors or design…. If you aren’t 5’9” & look like a model you just keep walking.
