We just bought a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek Edition last year thanks to Raiti's Ride when he reviewed in the Car show. I just saw the body style and 9 speed tranny I was sold. Bought it last Nov. Same color in the car show Boulder Grey now with a 8200 miles on it no complain. Love it. 💗
I got the 2022 and have it for almost a year. Bought it instead of the Palisade or Telluride and glad I went with it. So far its been great, and the V6 did it for me. Dont want a CVT.
We are big Nissan fans - owning a 2016 Maxima and a 2019 Murano, both are the Platinum edition. As our needs change we now want a third row SUV to replace the aging Maxima. In the past we've taken road trips to find out the Murano just wasn't large enough to accommodate more than two large Pullman bags. While the new Pathfinder looks great, I was hard pressed to find anything that offerd more value than the Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy edition - Nappa leather with massage on the driver seat, heated & ventilated seats on all three rows. And while the Palisade has a bigger 3.8 V6 engine, the 6,000 lb. towing capacity on the Pathfinder is certainly welcome news. We haven't even been to the dealers yet to test drive, but your video sure gave me pause when I thought my mind was already made up to switch to a Hyundai. Thanks!

I have a 2024 awd platinum and it drives awesome! Plenty of power and torque. I feel like I get from 0 to 60 in seconds. It's definitely the best looking SUV in my bias opinion. My only complaints are the seat doesn't get high enough and I'm 6ft. I would like the seat height to be a bit higher. Lastly, Nissan MUST update the infotainment center. The radio Looks like a old school "etch n sketch". Other than that, the vehicle is great and drives very well.
That infotainment center in the 24 traverse will make all the auto makers go back to the drawing board. It’s time to take the pathfinder interior to the future
I still plan to buy a pathfinder. It’s just a question of when. Im hoping Nissan puts the red, black, and blue on the rock creek edition. If they do my money is going to them.
Beautiful SUV styling and 3.5L V6 with 9 speed 2nd gen. transmission! (No CVT Anymore). Interior is spacious and comfortable with quality leather seats and trim. Beats the competition!

Got a basic 2024 Pathfinder as a rental in Florida right now. I’m from UK and it’s nice to drive a 3.5 V6. This car is very functional and fits my family of 4 in comfort. I agree the screen could be a bit bigger and I would prefer a leather steering wheel rather than plastic.
We had a 90s pathfinder, never an issue, and now we have a rogue platinum and love it, but my wife gets that now, I’m getting the pathfinder rock, pass me another Twinkie please!😊

@reyperez3424 2012 juke here best the living shit out of the car and 12 years later I had to replace an oil pan and cat back. That's it. The nissan reliability shit is so overblown internet bullshit.
One thing he didn’t mention… The headroom on the Pathfinder is far and away better than all the other midsize SUVs. If you are tall it’s not even close.
So many people say that. I think on a nice sedan that makes sense but on a truck or SUV I actually like the black rubber/plastic. The color matched ones always seem to show scratches. 🤷🏼♂️
I purchased a 2024 Pathfinder and had one major problem. That is that the passenger seat height is not adjustable at all. My wife is the primary driver, and she is 5 and 3, and even the driver's seat has to be set the highest, with extra cushioning. When she sits in the passenger seat she looks like a grade schooler. If the airbag inflated against a short passenger in this condition, will her face be safe? Could Nissan provide taller seat rails?
When is an SUV manufacturer going to being back rear cargo windows that open without opening up the entire cargo door? Would be nice in the garage to load items and unload when there's ltd room
I was about to get the 2020 version but after so many research and reading the comments about CVT, I didnt get it. Glad this one doesnt have it, but the MPH should be better im just saying. The inside❤❤❤
I bought the 2022 Pathfinder Platinum. Loving it! 27k miles and no issues at all. Mine came with captains chairs in second row. At the time I think that was standard on Platinum. Also…lift gate goes up and down by sticking your foot right under license plate. Love that! Interesting that the 2024 space at rear has no plug to drain so it can be used as a cooler. Mine has such a plug. Have yet to use it but after buying it and putting some things in that space I noticed plug. Clever! Heads up display and the large glass sunroof are two of my favorite options. Oh, and the 360 degree view. They make life much easier. Genius how Nissan displays the control settings of wipers on center dash. I have always hated trying to see if I had wipers on AUTO or off. It’s the little things sometimes.
Great review, Joe. IMHO this is so much nicer on the inside than the Honda Pilot. I know the Honda is very functional but at 50k plus, at least this looks a little more luxurious.
We have 2022 model year of this exact pathfinder plus captains chair on 2nd row. We have put 27k miles so far and we have been extremely happy. So glad went with Pathfinder rather than(Pilot or Highlander).i drove 2020 Highlander for a week and I did not like it at all. In Pathfinder, Drive mode between eco, standard and sport varies a lot. Sport mode offers so much torque. Only complaint I have is factory installed tires(BridgeStone)wear out much sooner.
I’ve owed Nissan’s for over 15 years and never had a problem until I bought my 23 Pathfinder, the gear box was throwing the car in park and my audio screen keep turning off on it own, unfortunately I traded out of it because for the price I didn’t need the headaches
i saw a lot of vloggers featuring pathfinder but not telling if there is pull button for gas door..... i saw some that they can just open the door from outside, without any safety feature. is it true that anyone can just open the gas door aa long as the car is on or a door ia open?
If you want to seat 8 in a midsize suv with the top trim. Pathfinder will be one of the few. Most carmakers substitute Captain chairs in their toptrim midsize suv and turn it into a 7 passenger. But if you pick the Pathfinder you seat 8 and don't compromise on all the luxury outlined in this video.

The headroom on the Pathfinder is far and away better than all the other midsize SUVs. If you are tall it’s not even close.
I concur, fender should be color matched on the Platinum Trim. It gives more of an exclusive look/touch.
Just bought a 2024 pathfinder! Can’t wait to take it on the beach!!!!!
How do you like it? I'm looking to buy a SUV and was just trying to check out a few different SUV's
@@andreac.5596one if my neighbors bought one when it first came out, he has 56,000 miles and hasn’t had a problem yet. Its his Vegas family SUV.
of course will go with the Nissan Pathfinder 2024. Thank you for the great video ^_^
Bought a 23 Pathfinder Platinum
Just love it.
Decently powered Great All Arnound SUV.
Highly Recommended
Bring back the rear hatch window that opens on SUV, Missing this feature on all new SUVs!!!
Can’t agree with you more!!!
That color is insane🔥🔥🔥🔥
When is an SUV manufacturer going to being back rear cargo windows that open without opening up the entire cargo door? Would be nice in the garage to load items and unload when there's ltd room
I just bought mine and I love it!!!
Love how he says, On throttle! It make me almost wanna start a RUclips car review channel called, On Throttle!
Just got the Rock Creek and love it. Only regret is the lack of a powered lift gate and ventilated seats, things my Grand Cherokee has.
Congrats on your Rock Creek! That is a very good point Terry!
I own a 2023 Platinum 4WD w/5500 miles I love everything about it but the transmission at low speeds.
Can't imagine hw freaking cool dis gonna look on mid 9t package.
I’m in love with Nissans the pathfinder is cool
I am so glad that I could share this one with you!
@@RaitisRides Your so kind!
Thanks for sharing that great ownership experience!
“I know you’ve been told that since you were a teenager”. LOL.
Thanks for letting me share some laughs with you!
I love my 2022 pathfinder exactly like this in the video!
Great review, Joe. IMHO this is so much nicer on the inside than the Honda Pilot. I know the Honda is very functional but at 50k plus, at least this looks a little more luxurious.
Nissan did a really great job with the Pathfinder!
I think Nissan did a nice job with these Pathfinder and particularly the Rock Creek, looks the part even if it's not a real off-roader.
It’s a real off-road but not a rock crawler like them jeeps or 4Runners
We have 2022 model year of this exact pathfinder plus captains chair on 2nd row. We have put 27k miles so far and we have been extremely happy. So glad went with Pathfinder rather than(Pilot or Highlander).i drove 2020 Highlander for a week and I did not like it at all. In Pathfinder, Drive mode between eco, standard and sport varies a lot. Sport mode offers so much torque. Only complaint I have is factory installed tires(BridgeStone)wear out much sooner.
That third row is actually wel thought out..trunk space is pretty good
Our family loves our 22 Pathfinder
Thanks for sharing that great ownership experience Chris!
My perfect new Nissan Pathfinder I can buy.
"I just found out I got 3 other kids I didn't kno about"😂😂😂
I’ve owed Nissan’s for over 15 years and never had a problem until I bought my 23 Pathfinder, the gear box was throwing the car in park and my audio screen keep turning off on it own, unfortunately I traded out of it because for the price I didn’t need the headaches
i saw a lot of vloggers featuring pathfinder but not telling if there is pull button for gas door..... i saw some that they can just open the door from outside, without any safety feature. is it true that anyone can just open the gas door aa long as the car is on or a door ia open?
That is really fascinating!
Please highlight the issue with front passenger seat height. There is no option to adjust the height and it’s difficult to see out
Great review and I love your analogy to food.
