    I love your last bit of advice - what can you control, focus on that, and that takes practice too :)

    Vielen Dank Meike! Endlich jemand der genau das erklärt, wonach ich überall gesucht habe. Ich werde deine Tipps/Drills in meinem Verein weitergeben/üben. Übrigens, vielen Dank für die Schlägerempfehlung. Ich habe nach 20 Jahren Pause mit dem Wilson Pro Staff RF 97V13 340 g unbesaitet gespielt. Habe nach deinem Video den Yonex EZone 98 305 g getestet und bin total begeistert. Ich werde ja bald 50 und der Pro Staff ist zwar sehr gut, überlege aber mit einem leichteren Schläger, dem Yonex EZone 98 305 g zu spielen. Weiter so!

      Yes, I need to make a backhand video on the high balls. Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, I worked with Erica for a little bit but the credit goes to her. She's a super hard worker!

    Thank you so much! Is there such a shot called the stop volley and if so how does it differ from the drop volley? I heard a coach talking about it 🤷‍♂️ thanks

    • @MeikeBabelTennis
      @MeikeBabelTennis  2 года назад +1

      I can only think that it's another name for the same thing. In German we call it a volley stop.

      @@MeikeBabelTennis thanks Meike that's what I thought, I think the "coach" that was talking about it was a little inexperienced to say the least haha

      @@nathanmiller6051 in the Netherlands we say stop volley, but yes that's exactly the same as a drop volley.

    Is it safe to say this is based on the assumption that the player has all the technical (strokes) requirements down? I can’t imagine a player who still struggles with their strokes and footwork can dictate this regiment. Again, just asking out loud.
