The blue girl and shadow man are NPCs added by devs when your alone in a private server from far distance they watch to make sure you dont exploit or hack.
Edit: yes they are hard to find, and some people fake it. But the blue girl sometimes has something you cant buy in the game, and that shows shes real. People fake it, so far, i think that the shadow man has woman body, and no name tag.. (i think)

The blue girl and shadowfigure (if they are real) most likely got caught into the diamond spawning because when you go near they sometimes leave? I'm not sure if you can walk up to the characters because the last time one got into my private server (that I quickly deleted because of it lol) I left so fast just by the sight of it, I didn't look at the usernames in the server.

You shouldnt have deleted your priv server, you wasted 100 robux because do not worry! Royale high was gonna add the blue girl as a in game npc but she forgot about it and so she turned the shadow man and blue girl into people who check if you are exploting. Dont get scared if you feel watched and they are in the priv server, because they are just making sure you dont exploit or hack
