The Fresh Foam X V5 really is great for someone with wide feet and needs stability, I tried every damn new running shoe and it was the clear winner by a long shot
@@andyzzz104 yes, but they're not dedicated stability shoes. I've worn more stable pairs, but these come close enough (and are obviously more comfortable, nicer fit, etc)
Those Pumas look better than the rest so I'm going to try to pick those up. If they don't get black back in stock by time black friday hits I might just pick up the On Eclipse.
I tried them all and I have come to realize the softness I like is not the standard softness other people describe. I love a slightly bouncy, yet a bit of mushy feeling that is not firm. The only recent shoes that continue to give me that have been the Hoka Clifton (8 & 9) and the Hoka Bondi 7 (the 8 lost its softness to me with the new foam). I continue to be open minded, but these models are just too firm for me.
The best foam on the market is lightstrike pro...the prime x strung is insane under foot. Any idea why adidas is not incorporating it in to casual offerings?
Nike Invincible 3: I bought it for my wife and it only last a week. When I returned to the Store the manager said they have a high percent of return in that model. He even order me not to take the same model
Me Dad said Nike is very good. The have good men who design and build shoes. He also said if you look at all the basketball player, they have lots of time in shoe.
I still am blown away by how much midsole tech has advanced in the past ~10 years. I remember when boost came out and how Seth raved about how soft and bouncy it was. The Ultraboost and then the EQTs really set the standard. Then we had React foam come out, which was a close match to boost. Then the really big breakthrough was the first Invincible with the ZOomX (Pebax foam) and pretty much no one thought any foam could get any softer and bouncier. Boost was relegated down... And here we are now: Invincibles are down the bottom of the Top 10 list and Boost is not even mentioned. 🤪😱 You have to wonder what could come next.
The first Invincible is much better than the 3s. I have both and still wear the 1st one for my runs more than 3 years later because they are that much better.
Nice list, but wait until the OC start squeaking with every step. The more you wear them, the more squeaky they get. You have to use sandpaper in between the holes to stop it. I shouldn’t have to do that after paying $160+ for a pair of shoes?
I bought the new balances in #1. They, even in 4e did not fit do you have any recommendations for ones here that are just as soft but maybe run a bit winder?
I don’t get it. You didn’t conspired these sneaker as part of all the sneaker that u ranked in the other video. I wish u tell which sneackers are consoled every single time
The bike invincible run 3 are cap those shoes are like walking barefoot on Cement no comfort the big cushiong isn't even soft it's hard the insole is uncomfortable to
Arch support in most shoes is just a marketing tactic it honestly doesn't help u at all and actually can negatively impact ur feet by weakening ur arch. it probably one of the most overrated features in a shoe. The best shoes for ur feet are shoes that don't have arch support like flat foot shoes or bare foot shoes which have zero arch support. Which allows you to build muscle in ur feet to basically create your own arch and strengthen ur feet.
@@PennyMan123 actually do research in arch support the main reason bare foot shoes have zero arch support in them is to help restore the arch in ur feet so before saying im incorrect do ur research m guy 🙄
Other than the Nikes, unfortunately these shoes are all ugly af. Maybe for the "hype beast" kids that think "dad shoes" are "in". But for people who don't care about what the "cool kids" are wearing, the new silhouettes are goofy
These are all running shoes designed specifically for running (except for the honourable mention) so would be more function over form... Are sneaker heads wearing a lot of running shoes these days?

Exactly
I ran a 100k in the NB fresh foam V4 and it was great

Are they really that stable with that stack height?

Can confirm New Balance 5 is most cushion. Its amazing. I bought several different kind and had them sent to my house to try. New Balance won.
I wanted to like the aruku, but that shape just doesn’t work for me

I switched to barefoot and will never go back to regular restricted shoes. Wearing the Hykes Flex and love them.
So weird. Why are you even watching and commenting on this video.

Asics nimbus 26 is amazing

Any come in high or mid tops?
If they made the more V5 in a triple black cw i would buy 5 pairs.
How are max cushioning shoes for running? Seems like you’d just chug along in them.
they provide more energy return
They're more for recovery. Slow efforts for your knees to recover
Yo cushion cray on some of them
Would anyone recommend using these for work
I need some new ones I can wear with jeans and look good
Addidas sl2, switch fwd, rebel v4 looks good with jeans

NB rebel 4 is overrated. I don’t like it and 3 of my friends who tried it, none of them like it.
The thicker the foam the softer it gets
