Mr. Dockins I'm not sure who decided to write this song or why. I'm not sure who sat down and played the hell outta those keyboards especially the piano on this record. But what I will tell you is that I've enjoyed every single note on this track for the past 30 years now. Whenever I drop the needle on the turntable to play this here GEM I basically have an outer body experience catapulting myself back to the days of mixing this at the Catch One alongside Billy Long in Los Angeles circa 91-92. IMHO this record has the best piano riff in dance music history. There have been a few that has come close but no one and I mean no one has been able to match what was created by you guys on this record. This song (the original not a remix) should be played on every radio station today, that is just how relevant the message rings true in in our storied and troubled country as of now. From the bottom of my heart I sincerely appreciate and thank you for these 8 minutes and 43 seconds of history in my life!!!!! Out
