The biggest issue is reliability. It's constantly needing maintenance, with the air assist pump failing multiple times. The laser tube itself has also started to show signs of wear, and I'm worried it's going to die on me soon.
Thanks for a long term review. I'm in the market for a 60w unit and there are so many unboxings of the various manufacturers, but few long term. I want to know if I'm potentially buying a $3000+ machine that will be a paperweight after a few months/year.
You’re very welcome! Once you get past the learning curve it comes down to making an item and your marketing skills. It might take several items to see what works best.
First off, the customer service is frustrating. I ran into a few problems with alignment and the focus lens needing constant adjustments, and reaching out for help felt like pulling teeth. The responses were too slow.
I've read this a few times and it makes me nervous. I decided to test it (I don't own one yet) so I called them last night. Got a tech on the phone, answered all my questions, went great. I did not have a negative experience.
I've had nothing but great experiences with customer service. They actually answer the phones with a real person, they speak English because they are here in US, Even the first layer of people you talk to are knowledgeable, and if they don't know they will connect you right then to someone who does.
I’ve had the same machine since 2020. Have done a lot of upgrades but it’s been a terrific value.

Unfortunately laser tubes have a lifespan.

Can you put a rotary for engraving bottles? (If the answer is yes Where put the cable?)
yes, you disconnect the Y axis plug and plug in the rotary there.
What psi is your air set at?
Usually I keep it around 15-20 psi

Wow here you are again reviewing a machine you've never actually touched. Hope Monport pays you well to be a slime bag.
