Inverse world is an absolute chore. I hate it so much. It'd be fine if you had the characters to spare. Primarily Legendary and Infernal/Master. When you can max out a detriment that only affects normal factions or specific types you'll be fine so long as you have the units to spare.
It's challenging, yes, in the sense that it'll be rough without all the characters. Strategizing doesn't work when your chess board is all pawns. That's what I deducted from playing inverse world.

The only 2 instances where I suggest sacrificing crap A dupes are :
1- Last day of the awakening event (IF you are close to beat it and want the chest)
2- Early game if you are stuck on progression and need several dupes to level up your team WHILE a single/couple of your units have several dupes (like way more than the others) and you know those extra stats/levels would make you advance.
I think its better to have an SSS (thanks to feeding it with crap A's) and get better idle (and overall) rewards ,than having everyone at S+ or so and waiting for the drops to come.
It also depends on how many breakstones do you have (if its your bottleneck or not) so its harder to jugde than it seems.
Plus when you are done with your SSS+5 then your dupes will be food for the other so really you arent wasting your progression that much if you sacrifice some characters right now... the worst think I can think of are the monument levels (you trade faster progression now for slower progression later or viceversa) BUT by the point you reach a full 240 level team you should have way too much power to tackle every single event and the difference between full lvl 240 SSS and lvl 260 team is less than the difference between a team at S+ VS a team at S+ WITH an SSS.

I agree with you. I think the improved idle rewards are worth it. I don't think he realizes the struggle of a f2p. F2P is missing out on a lot of strong idle rewards by taking things slow. For example, by completing chapter 21, you start to get a chance at T1 engraving idle rewards. Engravings give a pretty big power boost to your character. So by taking things slow, who knows how many engravings and other good stuff you will miss out on from your idle rewards. You will also have lower scores in content where you compete vs other players which might also cost you some nice prizes. For me, it's worth sacrificing a few A ranks that you don't like to be able to have a chance at better drops. Since he's 58 million power and has a lot of stuff unlocked from spending, it's easy for him to say just wait lol. It's easy to wait and not sacrifice A ranks when you can just use your money instead to speed things up. I don't have anything against p2w though. The game wouldn't exist if everyone was f2p but just saying that f2p can't just spend cash instead of using A ranks to get ahead faster so this is really their only option.

Just can yourself In arena if your f2p random blue food rewards for low ranking arena players anyway. An its not like f2p players arnt gonna get up high in arena anyway
