Looking back at it- I kinda just realized that it was about the Chinese Zodiacs and how every new year, the Zodiac (Animal) ould change to the next zodiac - For 羊(yáng) which literally means "sheep" would be replaced by 猴子(hóuzi) (which also literally means "monkey") when new year hits. almost forgot this game exist lol- but it felt kinda nostalgic now being in the back of my brain sice when I was 11
Chibixi (the creator of these games) to my knowledge went radio silent in 2019. While I can’t say their work was good I’ll say that for the time these games came out you could see little bits of passion in them even though they aged poorly. I kinda wish these games would get remastered because the concept isn’t the worst thing about them.
Ironically enough I only remembered the game because I found an old piece of fanart from it, but I had forgotten the name. Once I found it after like 2 hours of searching I immediately re-download all three games and started playing them.
