- White fish is one of the delicious fish of the Caspian Sea and lives in our sea and rivers. This fish is cooked in different ways, one of these special ways is to cook white fish stuffed in salt and usually with vegetables. Coco and Ashbil are served, white fish stuffed in salt is one of the most delicious recipes that you can try in your life!
This special and delicious dish, along with fried coco vegetables and ashbil, is a hearty main dish, and I hope you enjoy seeing it;

ingredients:
The white fish
vegetable
an onion
Anaz
walnut
spice
A lot of salt
egg
Pickle
barberry
How to prepare:
Chop the onions very finely and then fry and mix with pomegranate and spices
Add pickled plums to this mixture and stuff it inside the belly of the fish after mixing.
Then put the fish on a layer of salt and cover it completely with salt
Finely chop the vegetables and mix with eggs and spices along with barberry
Pour the ashbil under the pan, pour the vegetables on it and fry well
Our food is ready.
