    Main kuch din se rope hi dhundh rha tha online lekin koi aacha nhi mil rha tha aur ab aapka video aagaya, sir mereko bhi ghar main rope climbing aur aisi exercises krni hai please koi rope reccommend kr dijiye. And thanks for the unique aur effective content as always🙌

    When I tried to order the heavy bag from Amazon, in reviews I saw that they are not heavy actually they swing alot with one jab. And the one which is in the gym that I go to is also a crappy one. Which one do you have? Where should I buy and what brand?

      One I have is usi... i think 5ft.. approx 20 kg... not very heavy ... but I like it like that...
      Heavier and bigger than that would not move a lot ...✌️

    Guru ji my height is just 5'8" and in some college fights I get in fight with 6'2 guys here In haryana, I myself am Punjabi and according to father and grandfather my height should have been 5'11 but please tell how to fight these 6'2" bullies 🙏🥲🥲

      if you get into fights every now and then.... you'll have to rethink upon your decisions ✌️
      Sorry If that sounds rude... just trying to encourage you to not get in trouble ( out of concern)
      Regarding tall opponents...there's no magic pill ...I know this is hard to hear ....but you'll have to simply be a better fighter than them...which is not easy

    I sometimes do tug of war on a tree...just rope it around and pull as hard as o can...it really does tires me out quickly than high intensity workouts...it also builds up pulling power...
