Me too it sounds easy but frustrating
I can say with all nonesty it is the most frustrating thing I have ever tried to use I gave up
For my case it totally locked one of my accounts. Any time I attempt to enter this website it asks for my authenticator codes and I only changed phones twice. Very frustrating!

Hi. trying to sign into my kraken acc but its asking me for the 2fa code, so i install authenticator apps which then ask me to scan qr code or enter manually (im guessing the code) so where do I find the qr code or code to enter manually? thanks
