they dont need to answer in congress
they need to be prosecuted in a court for that
and they never investigate themselves
With all due respect, what is the point of these hearings if nothing is ever done. This man has been here numerous times with blatant lies and nothing has ever been done.
It is a good question. Maybe it just helps bring better light to the situation outside of media organizations & actually into Government purview

He can only be fired by the person who hired him which is Joe Biden. And Biden was hired by your neighbors. Biden and his cabinet are part of the executive branch of our federal government. Congress is a separate branch called the legislative. Congress can impeach officials of the legislative and judicial branches but they cannot fire anyone.

You have no clue. I have reported him to the FBI, DOJ, and even did a podcast about it. I filed a whistleblower case against people who reported directly to him what I did. Instead of addressing the situation, the green light was given to send people from DC to my home nearly 1200 miles away. America... Your tax dollars paid for the plane ride, the 2023 blue BMW rental car captured by my surveillance camera, the plane ride back, and the food of people DHS has sent to ruin my life. Because I did the right thing! I will be posting video of the agents coming to my home and them being captured on surveillance. This all was reported to the FBI and nothing has been done. RUclips even keeps erasing my comments although this is all true. These people are the worst and have been trying to ruin my life in the midst of a whistleblower case that's been going on for 2 years. I've been threatened so many times and they have even scared my boss at a new job into begging me to resign instead of being fired. I swear to God this is true and very recent.

Strongly agree. This administration has obstructed and lied to Oversight and the American people far too long. Republicans, on behalf of EVERY American citizen should not allow a single bill to pass without giving oversight legal and enforceable teeth. DOD/DOJ/FBI/DHS/etc must be required to answer direct questions with verifiable supporting documentation or face serious legal remedy including prison time. I'd say pay a fine, but that's my money and the government already has that.

I have watched many of the RUclips videos from the Senate, I have been incredibly moved by the passion from most of the Senators to uncover truth and clarity…you might have thought it would be an easier task, sadly the lack of answers with any integrity is frankly appalling. My heart goes out to the lives ruined by the callous trafficking of young lives to be scarred forever. Mayorkas speaks of "prioritizing" child exploitation. The only thing being prioritized by DHS is migrant admission, as many and as quickly as humanly possible.
