I remember buying a townhouse in Fairfield during the real estate bubble of the 1980s and 15 years later it was still worth less than I paid.
Its such a lovely area but I think past year has somehow proven to me..there is nowhere in the country for a single white cheapskate🤭 female anymore..but I certainly feel safe visiting Fairfield which is also a benefit for tourism
