I took a video of this place as a developer retired. I also was a hardcore building inspector. 2 weeks before this incident my wife asked me to pull over. She videoed me pointing out zero dog runs in between and none for roof. I even made a comment that the first big gust of wind and these places are collapsing. Same thing happened 1 year ago in spring Texas. 4 dead and many injured in that one. Payoffs to local inspectors. Buying a new house? Buy one built in late 80s to mid 90s. Already upgraded, crime rate established, schools assessed,........... Save about 100k+ and a better home!
