Our man in Japan was fantastic! I loved it. Italy was great too. Still watching the one in India. James can make a great show. Hell, I loved the Reassembler. Where James talked for half an hour while slowly assembling stuff.
I'm sad because the trio are gonna do this and another episode and that's it... no more Grand Tour. This was another masterpiece. For me, it had A LOT of top gear memories. The happiness these 3 guys spread is unbelievable. The soundtrack was amazing this time, the song was just perfect. Everything was perfect once again, but this time, the ending was just something else. These 3 guys driving next to the sea in the sunset. It reminded me a bit of the grand tour special in Namibia in season 1 with the buggys, that was perfect. It seemed like a rush of memories, which was going through their minds about those last decades. That was PERFECT

When James May visited Japan on the other show several years ago, it was kind of sad for me that no one in Japan would recognize him as a great presenter and one of this trio, but I do! I've been a huge fan of them so long. I'll miss them when they retire,
Bim 😂
@@jing713 guess what?
Shijo Ohashi is the bridge representative of Kyoto that crosses Kamo river over Shijo steet it is also called Gion Bashi.
Our man in Japan was fantastic! I loved it. Italy was great too. Still watching the one in India.
James can make a great show. Hell, I loved the Reassembler. Where James talked for half an hour while slowly assembling stuff.
@@RohanSingh-zc4bm Thanks for your reply! Let me introduce the Kanji of Gion Bashi, "祇園橋"
I'm sad because the trio are gonna do this and another episode and that's it... no more Grand Tour. But in a way I'm also happy because Jeremy, James and Richard have given us so much magnificent content. I practically grew up on Top Gear and adult me is still loving the Grand Tour. I can re-watch old episodes time and time again and still be as entertained as the first time I saw them.
From the bottom of my heart, Thank You! Thank you for all the smiles and laughs you've given me and so many others throughout the years. Because with growing up, I became more cynical and the glass half empty type. You have genuinely helped me to be happy.
Big shout out to Andy Wilman too, because someone had and still needs to manage everything that's happening.
I thought this was the last one?
So did I...please tell me this is the penultimate episode?
Phew! There's one more after this! 😅
Even though these Grand Tour episodes are fun, I wish that for their last episode they'd go back to their roots and do something a bit more serious, with less over the top scripting. Something like their trip to the Pole or the Bolivia special.
If the next is the final episode then I hope it’s one hell of a send off
The end of an era. I don't want to believe that we won't see new episodes again. We will miss you so much Jeremy,Richard and James. We love you.
There is one more episode after this
It's the same thing. Knowing that after this it's all over breaks my heart.😢
At least it will end on a good note unlike top gear
James may just said theres more to come!
@@BrxIghtside There may be more but this is the end of Amazon supporting the project.
A heartfelt thank you for the many years of joy you three have brought. I will continue to watch old videos and specials as they have been a staple in my life growing up.
Enjoy your time off, you have most definitely earned it.
Never able to replace these three. Ever. I can only pray that they have given us enough content for me to watch and re watch until I die.
Nobody will be able to replace them or have the same on screen chemistry.
ever
Sand job 😂 fellas you haven’t aged a bit ❤
"What are you Googling? Bridges near me?"
AWESOME 😂😂😂😂
I am having a hundreds of problems in my life ,but these guys gave me a moment of bliss in between this hard life . I even though they also enjoy there time together.
Glad to see the boys back!
Yeah for sadly the 2nd to last time.

@@joshualyon-ru3sf no there's one more episode coming next year and then that's it.
@@MattAutoMotive oh, these another one. ok, thanks for telling me, I just thought this was the last one
edit. the last one after this is coming out later this year not next year
We're nearing the end of an era. The greatest TV trio there ever was. Perhaps it's time to travel back to 2002 and start re-watching, again.
soon it will be time for that for sure.
Can watch all the top gear episodes on pluto all day long.
@@robm7076is that free?
It’s a treasure chest of content that will always please my heart…seeing these 3 together has been the best thing to ever happen
I just started doing that.
If you're a FireTV user, it looks like the majority of the episodes with James, Jeremy, and Richard are available in the US to stream for free in the Roku TV app.
There will be the time where these three boys will retire.
Jeremy Clarkson, James May, and Richard Hammond had made one hell of a Legacy as the Top Trio Blokes of all time.
This and the next episode of will be the last. I read it somewhere.
they have retired. this and one more ep and thats is it.both are filmed.
That time is coming soon because there will be one more special then that's it.
@@jokr307
I hate this.
We can only hope that they will get bored of retirement and decide to make more shows together. Nobody will ever be able to match what they've done.
Как жаль , что осталось всего два выпуска этой чудесной😢 истории .спасибо вам ,что позволили стать её частью. ваш труд неповторим ❤❤❤
These 3 will be legendary forever.
I’ve been watching these lads for over 20 years. I’d pick dinner with Jezza, Richard and James over anyone else on the planet because it would be a riot. Boys, we are going to miss you like hell. Thanks for making me happy.
Perfect song choice, well done Wilman & co
Gotta love ron wood.
“I’m doing the Dakar in an Aston”
Aw man… the joy this trio gave me… I really hate knowing this is the second to last one 😢
Don’t worry, it’s got as much chance of being the penultimate episode as Jeremy giving up the booze…mark my words ha ha!
@@philtucker1224 I certainly hope so man! Cheers!!
Only this and one more show. As much as I’m tearing up already cos I know it’s over, I’m still sooooo excited for this. Thank you Clarkson, Hammond and May for all your years of laughters
The final run. Been watching these boys my entire life.
Nothing can last forever.
Isn’t this the pen-ultimate one?? Please tell me that this is the pen-ultimate one!!!???
@@ohnono3984 From the most recent interview I read that this is the penultimate one, this one takes place in Mauritania and the last one will take place in Zimbabwe. I'm sure that it'll be a fitting end. Idk if we'll ever get a driving show trio as good as clarkson, hammond and may.
These three paved the way for so many car driving channels on RUclips, they’ve changed so many lives, and have given us so many amazing memories.
They will never be replaced, just take a look at what happened on BBC.
And that’s the beauty of it, they are leaving behind a legacy. Thank you for everything honestly
Every time a new one releases, I feel like it’s one more chance to hang out with my good friends. I was so sorry to hear of it coming to an end.
Stop moaning, they still have their own programs
@@hybridShinx trio together is the best no matter how good their own programs are.
I know and that is what I will miss the most. They are all brilliant and witty and funny. But when they are together its on another level. Its just brilliant entertainment. I laughed so hard at this trailer and their antics, more than at anything else this year so far. You know this episode is going to be amazing and the quips about the sand for sale in the desert had me almost wetting myself laughing...they are truly priceless.....
So thankful I'm alive in a time where these 3 are doing what they do best, cocking about.
Every time I see a trailer for one of their specials, I feel a strong emotion. I wish these three could never stop, But age won't allow that and it seems like they've already done everything this world can offer.
Been a fan since 99/2000. Can't believe there finally hanging up the hats on over 20 years of SOLID car entertainment. As a kid in the middle of rural farm town Canada, thanks for all the years of joy and excitement to new magazines and shows coming out. Y'all earned retirement
I shed a tear at work today when I saw this pop up on my phone, I know there's one more after this one but the end of Top Gear/Grand Tour is a really tough pill to swallow for me. These guys are the reason I love cars and made a career out of them.
So true… I am going to binge watch them to my kids when they are a bit older! So they will be proper car guys😅
People have been saying this every drop they do.. does anyone have any actual references??
With these three you already know it will be good because they never miss. They never had and never will. I'll be such a heartbreak when they stop
two words "India Special"
Never miss is a bit extreme. I still refuse to rewatch "Operation Desert Stumble", and some other bits in GT S1 were rough as well. Their Madagascar special had a bad premise. Other than that, I can't think of a special I don't want to rewatch
Words can not describe how much I love these 3
Been watching this trio for the best part of 15 years. My heart will break when they fully call it a day. They're the reason why im so into cars and whenni was youngerni wanted to replicate some of their specials i.e. driving through vietnam for example
Only a few people in the world that i wish could live forever. James, Jeremy and Richard, thank you so much!
Anakin Skywalker would absolutely hate this. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
"I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating - and it gets everywhere".
It’s quite outrageous, some would even call it unfair.

Well said. Your friends are a special part of your life
How can you not smile while crying a bit watching these three. Knowing its nearly over.
I’ve already cried at the end of Top Gear and the final studio episode of TGT 😂
What a song, what a scene. This’ll be excellent.
It’s like event television when these three come out with a special.
It is event television. And they are the last people doing event television, the last people that the viewers will go out of their way for and the army of fans they have all over the world. They got to this level for a reason. They are that good.
The boys have not lost their magic. The first episode is an instant classic. Then you watch the second. And then 3rd. Each one makes you laugh, think and learn something.
Discovered this remarkable trio in 2004 working nights on oil rigs in texas. Probably seen everything there done 10 times over. Old episodes are usually on in the background of my office for some side noise
A friend of mine from university introduced me. Many many hours later, I cannot thank him enough.
In this comment thread, I'm discovering so many people like me :)
Jeremy, James and Richard... For ever the best!
These guys are once of the biggest reasons I became interested in cars when I was younger.
Thank you for all the years of quality entertainment, good times, and countless memories! Can't wait for this one!
Thank you people! We’re the last generation who watched really interesting and original show. We’re the top gear/grand tour brothers and sisters. I think we are really love the cars in their pure mechanical power. We are grieving.

This looks like one of their best adventures yet ❤. If they can't keep doing this show then they need to start something new together. These three can't stop working together, when they work together on camera it's magic. The best love-hate relationship.
Love these chaps. I'll be gutted when it comes to an end.
These guys make me so happy. We’ll miss you, fellas. Thanks for all the great memories. My 2 young nephews absolutely love old TG episodes, I thank you on their behalf also.
Simply the best trio on TV (and the interwebs). Period.

Is the trio back for this one?! I can't believe my eyes!
I grew up watching these, every day, whenever I could.
Sincerely, I hope they know the effect they had on LITERALLY THOUSANDS IF NOT MILLIONS of people growing up. These guys are part of my life.
I'm looking forward to this one, chaps. It'll be marvelous!
So happy to see new Grand Tour coming soon! So sad to know that they're close to their final lap.... Almost 20 years ago, this trio finally convinced me that cars could be cool. From the bottom of my heart to Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May, you boys were part of my life for a very long time and you always made me smile. There's never a dull moment with you three and there's so much genuine warmth between you, it would've been so wonderful to have met you guys but watching/getting to know you via Internet is totally cool, nonetheless.
I will miss you dearly. Stay together, live your lives to their fullest. And know that all of us watching love you very, very much.
It's quite amazing that so many of us have gotten through so many struggles with the help of watching these three, over so so many years. I love these three and they are the only "celebrities" that I consider friends, in my head anyway. I've aged right along with them and wish them all the best. Cheers. Can't wait to watch this.
