did they change the material on these Frogtog jackets? I bought one about 6 or 7 years ago and it was huge for one but on top of that the material was super funky and uncomfortable. It made me cringe just to touch it basically I didn't even want it touching my skin.

What are trying to say? Don't buy them if you're riding a motorcycle in the rain? Ok....that would seem to be a given. It's not a waterproof suit. You should look into a dry-suit if you're trying to not get wet while riding in the rain at highway speeds. Or.....drive a car/truck.

Still have not bought a new one yet, toying with the idea of trying one of the very cheap decathlon running/cycling raincoats

Long story short, the emergency jacket does not last more than 3 hours in the rain, then it's almost garbage! :)
