I know the Grinch stole Christmas from the Who's, but at least he is able to set things right after his heart grows bigger and returns everything, so maybe he should do community service to pay for his crimes. Of course some of the other Christmas Villains should face serious consequences for their crimes.

For the record regarding Krampus, while he is a Christmas villain that may warrant the death penalty, it is technically his job to punish and take away, not to reward and give. In the Krampus movie in particular, he was summoned by those who forgot the true spirit of Christmas.
With Mr. Potter there's actually an alternate ending that was never made where he dies from a heart attack
The interesting thing about Scrooge is that his evil and cruelty is all usually passive. He views the world as a cruel and heartless place, and sees no reason to try to change it. He pays the minimum that is legally allowable, enforces his contracts to the letter despite any mitigating circumstances, etc. It's a good flourish on the character that makes his redemption more believable.

Well last time I checked, The real villain in The Grinch movie was Mayor Augustin not The Grinch and yes Bumble and Scrooge were the villains in their movies but they changed just like The Grinch and Clark Griswold wasn't the villain in Christmas Vacation it was Tod and Margo Fester.

I would say krampus should be pardoned because in some legend and the movie his purpose is to punish ungrateful people so he is just doing his job
Idk much about Clark but he’s probably not as bad as you’re portraying him. And sure, Krampus may beat, torture, or even kill naughty children (because, frankly, that’s his job), but he’s doing it for the greater good and depending on the incarnation, he may be on the payroll of Santa himself.
I don’t think Clark should’ve ever been on the channel. The only one that should’ve been on there should’ve been his boss. His boss was pretty antagonistic like literally he backstabbed him along with many other employees who work for his company decided not to send out their Christmas bonuses, but send them just coupons. That’s just the lowest of any corporate businessman to ever even make. Everything that happens in that movie I can’t say it’s really all Clark’s fault. I mean the whole joke is he and his family despite all the chaos that happens to them in the most unfortunate way. Clark still put on a face and his family still continue to enjoy life. That’s the whole point of the whole lampoon universe. It’s just hilarious puns of silliness. Also, the part about the girl at the jewelry store he wasn’t harassing her I would call that flirtatious. In fact, she was even flirting with him too. When you’re in marriage for so long and you haven’t been satisfying your spouse and she hasn’t satisfied you yeah, I feel like that’s something that could be corrected. but the jewelry store yeah I don’t think that is just right to throw him under the bus for that. His neighbors yeah they’re not much saints either. Basically I don’t know maybe I’m just coming on too hard but they kind of look like you’re typical mobster couple.
Prof. Hickle doesn't deserve 20 years of prison. He came at a realization that, if he is good a done what he was told. He would get a magic hat that actually works. So might as well pardon him on this one.

I guess whoever made this video did not watch the movie thoroughly or even pay attention to the fact that not only it’s a comedy, but also the fact that all these insane moments he was in, was not his fault. I mean yes, when they were going to look for a tree along with literally getting himself in road rage was crazy, but those rednecks were harassing him on the road. Not to mention when they did go to get a tree he realized that oh shoot, I forgot the chainsaw. The only thing he did was he ripped the tree out of the ground which was probably the dumbest yet it most illegal thing I’ve ever seen him do. But either way the other times like his neighbors such as ice would break through their windows or any other crazy scheme that would happen that was no fault at all. That was just an accident. Now the part about the clerk at the jewelry store everybody does that and that wasn’t harassment either hell she was even getting turned on by him. Not to mention he’s never gonna fall through. He does fall through it then shame on him but however, yeah, cheat on his wife no I don’t think so. Most men and women all have this flirtation with younger people, especially when they remind themselves about what they were in the past. I wouldn’t be surprised if we found a scene where his wife is lusting for another man, so technically this doesn’t count as harassment at all. They are still together his wife and him shows. They still have a great marriage yet. Regardless, there are a lot of obstacles to go through. I did a little research and well not actual research but here’s the thing about him to stop having dirty thoughts about someone else. He and his wife need to get out and start that sparkle over again so technically it’s hard to say when the last time they’ve had sex so who knows that’s all they have to do. His wife is probably gonna have to start doing something kinky with him for now on in order to make him not so fixated on a younger woman and maybe he’s gonna have to do the same for her but regardless yeah, there was no reason to put Clark Griswold on there. His boss should’ve been there. I mean the guy literally ripped off him and every other employee that worked for him. He didn’t even hand out their Christmas bonuses. He just sent them club membership cards which was stupid and also selfish even his wife and that police officer were like shame on you
About Meisterburger, from Santa Claus Is Coming To Town, there is a fan theory I saw that he actually died because a child got executed for owning a toy, and Sombertown’s people were so angry, that they overthrew and killed him with a rebellion. It’s just a theory that I saw though.

@user-rc7on5fm5f Death Penalty for Jack Frost is too harsh. He was only jealous that he had no holiday in his honor and didn’t try to kill anyone, though he did freeze Neil and Laura, much to Lucy’s horror. He ultimately redeemed himself when Lucy hugged him which physically unfroze him and Neil and Laura. I think Jack Frost should just get community service like he did in the film himself, even preferring it over suspension from The Council Of Legendary Figures.
There's also Harry and Marv from Home Alone 1 and 2: Lost in New York and the Toy Santa from The Santa Clause 2, amongst others.

Surprised by that although I’m pretty disappointed by the fact that Clark Griswold was on the list. He did not deserve to be on the list. I mean sure a lot of crazy stuff happened but that was not his fault. If anyone should’ve been on the list, his boss on the other hand should’ve been on the list for his sketchy neighbors. I’m not saying that to be a jerk, but his neighbors look like troublesome people. They act so superior than others along with the fact that it wouldn’t surprise me if that couples involved in organized crime. But all the stuff that happened to Clark I don’t think whoever made this video didn’t do their research thoroughly. I mean this isn’t the only channel it’s ever made a mistake on this. I learned that legal eagle. The guy who is supposed to know everything on the law although he’s often times politically biased I mean don’t get me wrong. He is a twig boy liberal. But the guy goes off accusing Griswold and his whole family despite the fact that none of them deserved to be in jail. Even his aunt who is near death and senile he recommends locking up for animal cruelty, even though it wasn’t her fault she didn’t know what she was doing. A jury was sympathize with that.

Um technically in Eastern EUrope and Germanic countries (also Scandinavia) Krampus is still celebrated to this day. In fact in Germany Krampus is often apart of the Santa Claus Parade.
The Grinch maybe notorious for theft, breaking and entering, and maybe some property damage during the heist, he also committed identity theft for when he impersonated Santa Claus and also instances of animal abuse towards his dog Max, who he constantly mistreats in the original book, the classic cartoon special, and in the early 2000’s live-action movie starring Jim Carrey and his 2018 counterpart is definitely nicer towards his dog than his earlier counterparts and he not only committed the three aforementioned former crimes, but he also committed bullying towards some other Whos in Whoville and his 2000 movie counterpart committed even more crimes including arson, grand theft auto, and a few others I forgot to mention.
Please sentence more Christmas movie villains like the villains from The Year Without a Santa Claus, Elf, Home Alone 1 and 2, Jack Frost, and other Christmas movies!

There's a good Christmas film that wasn't covered in this line up and that was "Twas the Night" from 2001.
Basically, the Protagonist, a Petty Crook named Nick Wrigley (Bryan Cranston), gets hold of Santa's device that allows him to do all the stuff we've often questioned about the jolly old Saint like "How does he fit down my chimney if he's so big and it's so narrow?" Answer: Shrink Mode and "How does he deliver presents to 195 Countries in one night without running behind schedule?" Answer: He stops time. Throughout the movie, Nick uses Santa's device to slip into rich and influential people's houses and burgle them, all whilst the Occupants of the address are frozen in time.
Film ends with Nick apologising to Santa, handing back the device and even selling off the guitar he gets given after so many years of wanting but never getting due to being on the Naughty List in order to pay off his debts.
Now, obviously, the sentence would be a pardon but, the question I put to the Court is, can we even try Mr. Wrigley, due to his Victims and, ultimately, Law Enforcement being unaware of the crimes and, more importantly, the Suspect's identity, due to their being unable to actually witness the crime at the time, due to being magically suspended in time and only realising a crime has occurred, once they are released from their state of immobilisation?

Um I don't think you can consider clark holding his family hostage in the beginning sense they more than likely agreed to go now you could make a case for it at the end sense his parents, aunt and uncle, and in-laws wanted to leave and go home or maybe even a hotel.

Ellis would be grey area. He did coke, but tried to help others by trying to get John to surrender by saying he was his friend. He didn't say it was Holly's husband and put her in the crosshairs. Yeah bit of an ass and overconfident, but he tried to help the situation.

Jack Skellington should be counted as a villain too. He conspires to abduct Santa, steals his identity, impersonates him, and commits mass cultural theft and appropriation, just like a colonizer would. He steals Christmas much like the Grinch (though for different reasons) and gives children presents that make them cry. He deserved to get shot out of the sky.
I suppose he's granted some redemption in the end, as he helps rescue Santa from Oogie Boogie and apologizes his actions, but still, said actions are pretty bad. He got off too easy.

2. Leni - Sloth🦥: Leni’s laid-back and easygoing nature could be associated with the sin of sloth.
3. Luna - Wrath😈: Luna’s passionate and sometimes explosive personality aligns with the sin of wrath.
4. Luan - Envy🤬: Luan’s tendency to prank others could be seen as a manifestation of envy for attention.
5. Lynn - Gluttony😋: Given Lynn’s love for sports and hearty appetite, she could symbolize gluttony.
6. Lucy - Greed🤑: Lucy’s interest in the macabre and her desire for solitude might be linked to a form of greed for personal space.
7. Lola and Lana - Lust💋: While traditionally associated with desire, in this context, Lola and Lana’s intense passion for beauty pageants and competitions could represent a form of lust for success.
Professor Hinkel yeah I’m not gonna lie but I feel like 20 years is a little too harsh. I’m not an expert on the law but if I have to guess if the legal system were to look into this, I’m fairly certain they wouldn’t give a damn about the snowman. However, in the case, the rabbits the only charge that he would be charged with, is animal cruelty that’s all. Now as for Clark Griswold yeah there’s no way he should’ve been on this channel. If anyone should’ve been on this channel it would’ve been his boss. His boss is technically the main antagonist. Of course I can’t say the same for his neighbors considering they look like trouble people. but either way, yeah, I feel like you should’ve never put on there regardless of all the crazy stuff that happened with him and his family that’s technically not all his fault. it’s normally due to bad luck. Bad timing he oh yeah forget about getting a ax or chainsaw to bring. They’re looking for a tree out in the middle of nowhere. Now the part where he snaps goes crazy, that was technically justified considering that his boss betrayed him along with every other employee that’s worked for him. has worked for that man for 17 years and he gets literally cheated out of his Christmas bonus all that to save money that’s just wrong and that guy has all the money there is he’s a corporate businessman who has everything while Clark and everyone else has nothing. Of course, the girl at the jewelry store yeah, I wouldn’t call that harassments. In fact, I would just call that simply after so many years of being married you still have a taste for other woman. The girl was kind of getting intrigued as he was talking to her. You would assume that he’s going to cheat on his wife in the future but technically, I don’t think that’s possible. If it were possible, it would’ve been a R rated movie instead of PG. But either way when it comes to guys and you know you’ve been married for so long and the same goes for women there’s always going to be those moments where one another has a lustful feeling for somebody else.

8:01 found it odd they used a HD DVD cover instead of Bluray. HD DVD lost the format war years ago. This is like using a betamax tape instead of VHS. Or a 8-track instead of a cassette. Just felt off.
Krampus punishment of the Death Penalty is a little harsh. Even though he is the biggest known evil of Christmas, he's not doing it out of malice but for the sake of Balance. When there is a Light spirit who rewards those of Good Will, there has to be a dark spirit that punishes the Wicked and spitful. Krampus is that dark spirit!
While Santa is there to remind folks there is goodness in the world, Krampus reminds us to never stray from what is important otherwise he'll take away everything you value and make you feel true hopelessness.
And he doesn't hold back on ANYONE either. And like Santa, he's always watching.

I guess the narrator literally doesn’t know the difference between sexual assault at all, considering this was not even close. This was just flirting with each other. not saying it’s a good thing but either way it’s not like he’s going to violate her or defile his marriage just for because he’s having interest in looking at a younger version of his wife. So I really don’t understand why they had to put Clark Griswold on there. In fact, anyone should’ve been on there should’ve been his boss. While the film is chaotic with all his shenanigans, it’s not his fault he didn’t even plan on these shenanigans at all.
