  • Something new is definitely happening in Falkenberg on the south west coast of Sweden. Over the last couple of years it have become somewhat of a haven for foodies. Tareq is on a mission; taking him through a fertile landscape with exciting vineyards and salmon fishing.

    Two things: separating egg yolks using your hands is more than disgusting and who the hell measures sugar in deciliters?

      Only EVERYONE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD except the British and Americans measures sugar in metric.
      The saying is (!) that the Americans were considered too uneducated to convert to metric, since it requires abstract thinking. So that’s why you still measure stuff in body parts and natural equivalents. Nothing to be proud of really.
