I'm not sure if it's the quality, but since I bought my cello +10 years ago even in the beginning, it sounded like a cat, it doesn't happen with the other chords so I don't think it's just the bow position and pressure... I don't know what to do

Might just be your string or bridge,if its possible,consult with a luthier
