The Gaming Hub I don't really know of a "magic machine" that can do this per se, but if you use mid/side eqing and a good ear you can do a pretty good job of making your own acapella and covering it with other sounds. I did it recently for a remix here soundcloud.com/ovrcz/dont-look-down-ovrcz-remix-martin-garrix-ft-usher using the original song.
