I’m so late but I saw the blood sugar in the title and it’s my favorite palette so I had to click to see if there was a different eye look for me to love too and I did! But for his lipsticks, I’ve found that they normally need to be shaken because the formula settles during shipping and to keep my lips from feeling as dry, I apply a moisturizing lip balm and then a translucent powder over them before using the liquid lips. It helps with the dryness (although I love his formulas for his matte liquid lips the most) and also helps with the color and application!

The red and purple shades actually stain because in vegan products, they can't use carmine which is an animal byproduct, which doesn't not stain!! But yes they are also very pigmented 😊 I feel like Restraints would be a cool topper!!! And I'm guessing he took more time creating the palette than the lipsticks. And I obsessed with that lilac shade, Self Control 😍

My pallete that I purchased also came broken, it took forever to get a replacement from them because you have to play an email game, but eventually they did replace it. The packaging was complete garbage.

Am i better off just settling with the color they sent me or is it worth messaging them n waisting my time to get the right color product? Do i actually have to waist my time shipping the wrong color mirror back to get my correct one?
marissa morales i don’t know if you tried to get the correct mirror but as long as you show proof that they sent the wrong color. Usually they ask to show you a picture of the shipping thing and the product. This happened to when I ordered the 24k pallets they sent me the other one instead. Long story short I ended up with two highlighting pallets. I do admit the Jeffree Star support team could use an upgrade because it would be days at a time for a reply. Still love them though.
