    Sharing with you my go to recipe for chiffon cake. If you want a bigger cake just the double the amount of the ingredients and baking time.
    INGREDIENTS
    5 Egg yolk
    110g Cake Flour
    80ml Canola Oil
    75ml Whole Milk
    5 Egg Whites
    2 tsps Vinegar
    80g Sugar
    NOTE:
    *Preheat Oven to 160°C.
    *Bake the Cake at 160° for 25 minutes covered with aluminium foil.
    *Remove the foil after 25 minutes and reduce the temperature to 150°C and continue baking fot 30 minutes more.
    *Make sure to turn side cake pan upside down immediately after removing from the oven and completely cool the cake to room temp.
    This can be served with fresh berries and whipped cream. This cake is so versatile that you can just eat it on its own.
