The ones under the nostrils make me wince, I KNOW they hurt. I admire this technician's work because I don't think I could keep going if I thought I were hurting the person on the table. I like the way she gets it done. And I like that she doesn't keep squeezing, causing them to bruise, but she also knows when she can get it all out in one go.
At last, someone who is not obsessed with ripping poking and tearing for a waterfall of blood. Enjoyed this one. She seems to have client at heart
I can't and won't watch the blood bath one's anymore. As we see here they are not necessary and those who do that seem to forget that is a human being they poking, scrapping , digging on. Enough
I watched one yesterday where the client had a large, swollen, ANGRY abscess. The tech tried very hard to get the goo thru one tiny hole. Pushing, scrapping, pushing scrapping. Once the tiny hole was unclogged and goo was free flowing, they aggressively nicked the wound six times and started pushing for a dear life.

This has nothing to do with being a expert or not.
They take money for it but the most work sloppy.
You often could see through the skin that there is still stuff inside or something is hanging out and they ignore it.
That smiering and scratching around make it often worse...
For me the most spa workers are working incomplete and sloppy...
@@danielangom There's a whole entire facial done on these people after the exctractions. Anything left behind will be taken care of with products and techniques that follow this part.

There may be more processes applied to the client's face, but I don't believe that there are additional steps taken to pop out those partial extractions that are left behind... however, I'm no expert.

When Dr. Vikram used to do this, he, also, had some severe cases. He’s in India. He once said “There is no shortage of acne in India.” He went to where the people lived, and was either outside, or the clients had dirt floors. Heat, humidity, mask wearing. There are actually a few links on the internet about it.

Kudos for keeping the client’s face clean. Some other videos I’ve seen leave popped blackheads on the client’s face, wipes it near their lips, gets stuck in their hair.... it’s awful work. This is very clean and respectful.

@@reggieoverton4437 Have you ever gotten a shot of Lidocaine? It burns like fire! The quick poke with the scalpel hurts a lot less than the shot to numb it; not that its possible to numb that many tiny pores before extraction.

To the lady doing this procedure THANK YOU! Thank you for being such a caring & compationate person. You can tell by watching this video that you try very hard to make sure your client feels as little pain as possible. You knick the top so the large ones pop out with ease & very little pressure which causes less pain. Others I've watched are not as nice about it. Great job & thank you for being so kind to your clients!

Trouble is, it'll take a couple days before the redness goes down and we can really see what the client looks like.
In all honesty I've seen very few after that was better. The most videos I watched the clients face was way worse afterwards. And when you comment truth RUclips repremand you

I had a husband once. He had great acne that I was always allowed to fix for him. But he was a sociopath and he stopped letting me fix his pimples. I left him. I have a new husband now, years later. @@ellam9866 nope, making an educated diagnosis. 6 years of medical school and 9 years of practicing medicine in a tropical country. It has all the hallmarks of a malignant melanoma, can be confirmed though PA, but in my country those kind of lab exams only happens in big cities. Because it's not covered by health insurance.
