This is really wonderful information you are sharing! Thank you so much! I've been using Excel mainly, and SQL, for analysis. And mostly using descriptive and diagnostic analysis, but I know Python and I have been itching for a way to use for more advanced stuff like picking route optimization, optimizing between picking and replenishment efficiency, etc.
@@xuandonggarden Sure, my official title translates to logistics developer, but I really work in quality and improvements. I didn't really have a title to begin with I was just hired to clean up customer data in a database.
@@xuandonggarden It was a simple job, I was only asked whether I knew SQL. They urgently needed someone to clean the data and I was in the right place at the right time.

You can find examples, with source code, in my blog to start with dummy data and later adapt it to your projects. I hope it helps!

Looking at how things are evolving, I guess the best career move is to become independant consultant or create your own product.
what is the difference between Business Intelligence and supply chain analytics?
I would say that Supply Chain Descriptive Analytics is a part of Business Intelligence: extract, transform, load and process data to build dashboard that will provide business and operational insights.
Great video! Where can we find datasets for this sort of data?:)
