Abraham Hicks talks about the same thing using different words. I have dissolved huge arguments with my sp and a particularly embarrassing (I did something wrong / made a mistake) situation with a friend, simply by removing all attention to what happened and replaced it with good thoughts about the person and our relationship. It did not take much time until it was as if the situations never happened.

I don't really agree with all the self love stuff. Neville doesn't talk about it and from my experience - i didn't need any self love to manifest an ex. Self love can help you with believing that they will come back, but isn't necessary and doesn't work in 100% cases, because you can believe other people will fall for you easily, but also hold a believe that the particular person won't ever come back. I was working on manifesting my ex for a few months. Tried self love but nothing was happening, because i believed he doesn't want me anymore. Then i fell in love somewhere else and i started believing that my ex will want me back when he'll find out i have a new bf. Didn't take long and now my boyfriend hates him and i have to work on getting rid of him. Again, self love is nice, especially for people after break up that need to find their own value, but you won't manifest anything with it alone without holding the right beliefs, otherwise people without self love won't manifest anything which means they would cease to exist.

Agnes, rejection creates a mental stuckness because in a conscious mind the self-esteem is being hurt and that’s hard to let go right away! Will the repetition of self love affirmations “I love myself” etc. allow to release the metal issue by just repeating it even without feeling it in the moment?
if I may give a little input on this one- yes. because a belief is what causes you to feel a certain way. and a belief is just a thought you think over and over. so if you repeat an affirmation, eventually you will feel it (you'll actually probably feel it pretty quickly)
Off course and I appreciate your comment. Sometimes it’s hard to dissolve negative situations when the previous ones have not worked out. I do believe in positive affirmations!! Thanks so much :)

Agnes..how to apply ths law.. when you wana get rid of a die hard ex.a stalker.. even if u try keep yr mind off him.. he keeps popping up on fone etc ..does tht stil mean that i dont love myself enough?
Let go of "he is suffocating ME!!!!!" replace with "oh wow, he's gone!"
I have question.Is it possible to attract SP without any exèrcise like meditaion of sending love etc as you feel so mucg absense while I do so.is it fine if you just intend stay positive about out come and take care about negative stuff

It will be a competition if you think like that, because you still think "I'm second best" instead of "I'm first best". When you are first best, there isn't competition because your self love is strong and you are radiant and you will attract what you feel ;) ! (I'm sorry for my english, I'm not native ;))
