Haven´t watched the video yet, but Edward Feser is an unbelievably smart man, and a formidable defender of the catholic faith.

Excellent discussion, thank you Katherine! It is very heartening to hear Ed speaking to all the same major concerns we are able to recognise in society and the Church. Good to know we have got the diagnosis right!

I think that Feser is excellent. That so much has to be said against the reigning insanity is frightening.

It was AWESOME to hear Feser speak so candidly. Incredible thinker and writer. Looking forward to your next conversation!

Thank you Katherine for hosting Edward as your guest. So much common sense spoken in a single programme. It’s a breath of fresh air. Many thanks from, Arthur (South Africa).

I’m not Catholic. But I’m christian. I love Dr Fesers work, and it’s great hearing him speak on this issue. He’s spot on. I’d love to hear him do a discussion with Jordan Peterson.

One of the worst aspects of the new left, whether you call it wokeness, or whatever, is the use of manipulative statements, or memes. I must admit to being intimidated, because while disagreeing, I cannot always come up with the right argument. However, I have decided recently that I must address the manipulation when I see it, using reasoned argument and plain speaking. It is scary but necessary.

    St Basil the Great
“It is more advantageous for someone who, because of a lack of intelligence, does not have it naturally in himself to be self-ruling, to become the possession of someone else, so that he can be set aright by the reason of his master. He is similar to a chariot that has a driver and a ship that has a pilot sitting at the helm. On account of this, Jacob was the lord of Esau by the blessing of their father, so that the senseless one, even against his will, would be helped by the sensible one, since the former did not have his mind as a proper guardian. And, “Canaan will be a household slave to his brothers” (Gen 9:25-27), since he is ignorant of virtue and has a father, Ham, who lacks understanding. Here, then, there are slaves in these ways. They are free, however, who escape poverty or war, and who need not the guardianship of others.” - On the Holy Spirit”

Agree on calling people "Traditional" or "Orthodox" Catholic. Just Catholic or not.

Feser the fascist, not surprising. I can think of another Catholic against "critical race theory": he was from Austria and had a little mustache.

So everyone against critical race theory is in the same company as Hitler? AKA everyone who doesn't think the same as me is a fascist. Which is ironic. Fascists don't tolerate difference of opinion. Look in the mirror.
