    I think the weakness in Bevery hills is very telling. The uber rich that aren't effected by interest rates are fleeing. They just don't not want to live there. As for the rest of LA, it's liklely in a bubble. No one ever notices a bubble until it bursts. I'm going to wait for a buying opportunity. Hopefully CA can clean up it's act too.
