Hello! Thank you for the comment, Ah! Actually the Contacts part these phones do not show sim contacts so for me i just use other phone to send them via shareit, that is the simple way. Thank you again I hope it helps.

Hello bro, Sorry for late reply. actually you are not doing it wrong but these phones does not support hardreset using boot keys. We use ISP tool or if the phone asks you to enter password to to start android that is where it works we enter the password multiple times until it says phone will reset. I hope this helps.
Hello bro sorry for late reply actually these phones are hard to reset and button combination system does not work on the so there is a hardware tool people use which is programmed to wipe user data on these phones.
And other option is if it asks the password when soon after you power it on and it says put a password or pattern to start android when it says that then you just have to type password randomly until it says the phone will be wiped after a few failing attempts. For now that’s what works bro
But I had an issue with mine it needs to be wiped since the pattern is forgotten how can I wipe it I will happy if my request meets your favourable condition

Unfortunately at the moment you cannot factory reset it using button combinations, but as soon as i find an easy solution i will post the solution just hit the bell icon so that as soon as the solution is available you get notified.
