You may be wondering, How do I treat my Keratosis Pilaris or Chicken Skin?
Hey guys! Joel Quero here! In today's video, I'll be sharing with you how I treat my Keratosis Pilaris or what some people call chicken skin. I understand how it feels to have a Keratosis Pilaris, and it is something that degrades one's confidence. Thankfully, I have learned so many things on RUclips, all thanks to different dermatologists who spent tirelessly helping out the general public to learn better about their skin and skincare in general.
In this video, I am also going to share with you what ingredients could help treat or get rid of Keratosis Pilaris.

Here are the products I am using to combat or treat my Keratosis Pilaris:
Body Sponge Loofah
Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash with 2% Salicylic Acid
Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash Pink Grapefruit with 2% Salicyclic Acid
Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizing Lotion
Do keep in mind that if you are pregnant, it is important to have a discussion with your doctor or with your dermatologist on how you can treat your KP (Keratosis Pilaris). Also, please remember that things take time. It's not like magic where it's just going to disappear fast. Consistency is key!!

I didn't know you have it! Give it a try, but start slowly with the Salicylic Acid though.
