how might Otto Scharmer truly embrace a more engaging approach, stepping away from incessant U theory promotion, and, instead, taking the plunge into Ukraine's rich historical tapestry and the deep-seated roots of its relationship with russia? How can he foster a true spirit of humility, inquiry, and empathetic listening in this endeavor? Imprisoned by the boundaries of his own thinking

Min.25.52 Ethics of Agora (dialogue) v. Ethics of Agon.
    Such a valuable point.
Dan Schueftan of Israel very harshly, hilariously and accurately reveals Europe's compulsion to ALWAYS favor dialogue (agora) and capitulate rather than fight to defend itself (agora) bec. it refuses to recognize that there actually are situations in which someone wants to kill you no matter what you say or how willing you are to listen to them.
Mr. Scharmer seems to be very German in his thinking despite all Mr Yermolenko says. It does not seem to sink in.
There is a lack of deep listening to actual Ukrainians, who are NOT proxies, but people living this.

What is a sensible comment not distorted by blind worship of the guru of Theory U ❤
