Never, ever will there be an ensemble cast as this, In this woke bullshit world.
Val kilmer was robbed not getting the oscar
He faced too strong candidates that year, and his late career didn't prove that capacity either. 🕹
Who cares about the Oscar’s ffs
Kilmer stole that show
@@Leo-ex9fq But why? without Russell's performance, it would be a total emptiness.
Val Kilmer should have gotten an Academy Award for this.
He has been rewarded with people's recognition in this movie. The role was perfect for him. 🕹😂
Stephen lang was brilliant as ike, the whole cast were brilliant but doc outshone all of them.
“You gonna do something? Or just stand there and bleed?”🩸💀🤣
People gave immense credit to Val Kilmer's performance, while without Kurt Russell's strong performance, the movie was quite weak.🕹🎉
"No. He ain't bluffin'".
First thing you got right.
*“Skin that smoke wagon, and see what happens!”*
They put that line in the dialog for Fallout 2 "Earl Marion" Sheriff of Redding. If he thinks you're disrespecting him or his town he'll put it on you in what will be a shootout if you don't back down!
And that guy was Billy Bob Thornton 👍👍
"JOHNNY, I APOLOGIZE....I FORGOT YOU WERE THERE ".... HE'S DEFINITELY IN CHARGE!!!...
Val Kilmers BEST ROLE!!!!!!!!!!
Without a doubt 💯.
He was awesome in Willow
And in Heat, we can forget the batman movies which just made bad not his fault 😂
Val was awesome here, best role ever for him, but the entire cast was fantastic
Totally agree! Not sure if you are a Doors' fan, but Kilmer absolutely nailed Jimmy Morrison! If you haven't seen it, it is worth a watch.
“I’m in my prime” cracks me up every time
That is pretty scary when an ill man says so. 😂
@@motionattached Coz Doc doesn't take kindly to threats. He leans into them!
This is probably the most rewatchable movie of all time.
This. Goodfellas, Edge of Tomorrow and Miracle.
Godfather 1 & 2
Billy Bob Thornton came in as a favor for his roll. He improvised all of his lines. Director George Cosmatos instructed him to "be a bully."
I told him, “Invent whatever you want - just be a bully.” And he really played a bully. - Director George Cosmatos
How Val Kilmer did not win a best supporting Oscar here is hard to understand. My little cousin who saw this film while in middle school in a theater, told me that, after seeing this performance, he thought being sick… was cool.
Val and Kurt were both amazing in this movie. Val was definitely deserving of an Oscar.
I would have to double check, but if I remember right that year was absolutely stacked with supporting actors. It doesn’t mean he couldn’t or shouldn’t have won, but I believe that year you could have picked any one of the nominees and been right. I think this was 1994, so at the very least you had pulp fiction. That’s a tough one to go against in and of itself.
Can you believe thats Frank Stallone!!! In the beginning at the table with Doc!!! And Billy BOb Thorton!!! Love this movie so much!!
The way Doc played and the intensity from Kurt Russell made it different from other western movies, 🕹🎉
I'm blown away that that is Frank Stallone. I should have guessed it.
@@PrometheanRisingseriously though? I completely missed. While simultaneously thinking? That guy kinda looks like Sylvester Stallone!😂😂

I only knew by his voice, his weight threw me right off. 🤦🏼♀️
I love Kurt Russell bill paxton Sam Elliott they all are amazing but tombstone is now and will always be be Val Kilmers movie he has weaned every scene
Truly people are obsessed and fascinated with that persona. 🕹😂🎉

John Doc holiday was a super hero of a man. Wish I had I Doc holiday as a friend RIP
One of the best films ever
That is true, 🕹😂
Johnny Tyler 😅
Broken hearted combined with alcohol equals a ruthless killer.
Crazy to think “Bone tomahawk” might be the sequel to this
Agree with you, no way!
It was going to be "Rust" but they ran into some problems
Doc holiday saved Wyatts life he did not see Johnny come up behind him with that cannon!
I'm not a fan of westerns, but this film drew me in, and made me feel like I was right there in the late 1800s.
There is no better way to watch westerns with feeling like that, 😂🕹
The title should read, "You're sittin' in my chair."
Thanks! 🕹😂
Too much editing in this video.
"Just when i thought i was out they pull me back in"
Leave the gun, take the cannolis!
Wyatt, I am rolling.
I got a dollar that says if the contest with Doc and Wyatt had gone sideways, the shotgun under the table would NOT be ONLY one. I bet the bartender had one, the constable, PLUS all Earps were heeled. Someone was going lead a REAL SHORT, EXCUTING LIFE!
That is quite entertaining, 😂😂🕹
That twice barrel of Wyatt's, would only have to speak with it's double 00 once.
Curly B would testify to that, later in the movie.
I'LL GO 10 BUCKS ON DOC... HE'S GOT IT COMIN'!!!...
The guy who kicks os frank Stallone, Slys brother
When Doc pulls those two revolvers at 00:47, upon pausing the video I noticed that his right gun is loaded, while his left appears unloaded. Not that it would've mattered...(and they're blanks, of course, anyway).
That is a great inspection work. 😂🕹🥇
Makes a change to see a film depicting a revolver actually having bullets in the chambers
Doc holiday was a qualified dentist
He must be very intelligent
The historical Doc holiday should have nothing to do with the one in this movie, just tried to make the drama real life like. 🕹
now you can be freinds again
🕹😂
Stop cutting scenes out
Do you want me pretend not to notice number of views and comments, but just listen to your expert's view only? 🕹🎉
Johnny I forgot you were there you may go now😂
Howdy stranger what can I get you😂😂😂
I wouldn´t mind one of those cigars😊
Billy Bob Thornton was absolutely great in this.😅
Billy Bob Thornton is a good actor, they should give him more role to play, the role in the movie was little bit pathetic for his capacity.😹🕹
Great movie
I feel great😂😂😂😂
Cut all the good parts. Hurts to watch. ☹️
all the good parts? , name one. 😂
Really bad editing
I thought so when I compare its views with other videos. 🕹😂
There is always one, just can't help but complain. Your life must be picture perfect.
@@greyhamlogan2255 😂🕹
Just leave that shotgun😂😂😂❤❤
I named my youngest son, Wyatt. Too reverse the curse. No woman will do him like his first wife. 💪💪💪
Thanks for sharing. That is a passion on your side, and popularity on your son side. 😂🕹🍿🎉
You just cursed that poor child
@@rzn2258 , Thanks for your opinion. I just rescued him from a girl from South Columbia, I know exactly what I am doing with my own son. We also rescued the young girl from her abusive father, she's back safe with her Mom. ❤️❤️❤️
Why even equate the name with that bad karma. Might be his second wife now
@@guesswho6034Mkay.
No one can play doc holiday like Val kilmer did , that was his master-class
Some people complaining this film is not the truth. As Pontius Pilot said at Jesus’ trial, “what is the truth?” Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction but not as entertaining.
In fact, you just articulated a practical truth: entertaining! 🕹🎖🎈
Sam Elliott mustache rules the fucking universe...🤌💪💪💪
Remember when Hollywood used to have good writing with good actors?...
did you edit this with a fork!
did you pretend not see other people, 🕹
How beautiful is that lady from the stage ❤
The editing for this clip is terrible
Movie is nothing but a magic which puts all fake scenes together to make them real like, and all from fictional novels to have good time. With that said, would you check out comments from other viewers 🕹🎉
???????????
You can feel the tension just great!!!
You may go now😂😂😂😂
That actually inspired Billy Bob Thornton to become a great actor. 🕹😂
I like getting me Fred white he's the town sheriff
Learning the actual history of this Ike was dumb!!!! Why be a criminal when you own a 180 acre ranch?????
either have a life of peace or a life of excitement per a nature of personality 🕹
Too many cuts
just wait, there will be 2-hour wine filled into a 12-min bottle, 🕹🎉
The good old days…🙄🤷♂️
I love the lines in this movie
It takes a special kind of stupid to butcher this masterclass scene with worthless cuts, as though you were lending something of worth. This could be a contemporary art piece titled, “What We Had vs What We Now Have.”
A full movie version suits you, and enjoy that with or without ads. This is For people who don't have a lot of time, and want to have good time. 🍿🎉
@@motionattached You’re bad at what you do, and you should feel bad.
@@dropkickirish4449 Go ahead enjoy the beautiful life, and I take your views as encouragement for betterment. Thanks.
Unforgiven one the best picture in 1993. Al Pacino won best actor scent of a woman 1993. Kilmer was up against Pacino and Eastwood.
That was a tough match.
Wrong, he was a supporting actor, he was up against gene hackman in Unforgiven and jack Nicholson in a few good men, hackman won, a worthy adversary but I would have gave it to Val myself.
@@snelgrave101 Thanks for sharing! Gene hackman and jack Nicholson? that was even tougher match for the young guy, 🕹🎉
@@motionattached 3 great performances 💪
Kinda cut up the movie, in the worst places, didnt they?

Miss you Val. You deserve an award.
What if UGLY BABY ole Ricky Smoke came out of the ozone off cue in the movie, some kind of half-ass Old West villain.....
THEY CUT THE BEST SENCES
What THE BEST SENCES?
Biggest ripoff for best supporting actor……..
That role just perfectly suit for Val Kilmer. If he was truly a great actor, he should have chance to prove it late.
Horrible edits
Go ahead make a 8-min clip out of 2-hour movie, I will be a viewer for you. 🕹
Awful edit
I am not happy with this either, please check other late ones, 🕹🎉
Skipped it then and so it shall remain, skipped.
This is all chopped to crap
There should be FULL Movie Version, I selected some scenes which are truly magnificent, 🍿🎉
@@motionattachedat least I know you have plenty of salt for your popcorn 🤡 I guess what should have said was... I found the choices made in this edit to be poor. Being a huge fan of this movie, I thought the editor cut out some dialogue, in the scenes he chose to highlight, that would have led to a more coherent and impactful showcasing of the primary intention of that scene. 🤷 Just a random guys opinion
@@wesinsarasota3828 Thanks for comments, that helps. I watched the final scene when Holiday faced off with Ringo, and Ringo was baffling killed, which they call it speed. I watched that scene 10 times before cut it off. You tell me honestly, you buy that end? I would not.🍿🎉
What made you want to edit and cut out parts of this already perfect scene? Holy cow...
I pick either entertaining scenes or really western like actions, and those four scenes met the requirements. I tried to keep the final scene when Holiday face-off with Ringo, and Ringo was killed abruptly. Try watch that scene with the slow motion, you would find something which were not justified, which I call it anticlimax.🕹🕹😹😂
@@motionattached He’s not saying you picked the wrong scenes, he’s saying you should have not cut up the scenes you picked.
@@jefformsby5604 Thanks. Some cuttings were largely due to the restriction of the length for the clip, 🕹😹
Fakest southern accent I’ve ever heard
😂🕹
He used the period vernacular and dialect of an aristocratic gentleman from Georgia. He had one of the best dialect coaches around. If you were around in 1881 Georgia and frequented high society social events I’d give you some deference but since you weren’t I’ll take your opinion with a grain of salt.
@@jefformsby5604 Thanks for sharing. 🕹
I'm not sure the accent sounds fake but I will admit his (southernness) is not that convincing however the roll he played in this movie is quite possiblity the best roll any actor has ever played. In my opinion
Doc had a dental practice in Valdosta Georgia. The building is still standing. Oh, and a lot of us good ole boys speak like Doc.
The problem I have with Val Kilmer’s version of this actual person is that Doc Holliday in real life wasn’t really like this at all. Maybe to some degree he was, but after hearing interviews and seeing actual quotes from the man and about the real man. This movie gets it all wrong, it’s just a romanticized viewpoint of him. He wasn’t some lone gunslinger offing people left and right. Nor was he at all some hero like this movie portrays him. And yes this movie portrays the men as some incredible hero gunslingers. I love the movie but it’s just not at all accurate depictions.
This is really a profound analysis of the quite popular movie, which was depicted with modern perception of western styles. 😂🕹
@@motionattached very true.
@@MannysVisionStudio I am quite impressed and puzzled by the obsession and popularity from most moviegoers, regarding Al Kilmer’s acting as a weak and sickly gunfighter, it is almost a forced quality of cool style for a heroic gunslinger.😂🍿
It’s all about making money for Hollywood….Whatever works to bring in the folks….

Donkey
There was a mutiny against the incompetent director on site: great script, phenomenal cast, and the director was blowing it. Kurt Russel took over, so the acting was just great; but was Russell qualified and available to oversee the film editing? Unlikely. So it feels like scenes are held together with scotch tape. But the shooting and intrascene editing is perfect. That first shot of Val Kilmer! and that whole scene.
Greatest Movie....EVER!!!
Well, how about Once upon a time in the west?🕹🎉
