Just an observation, you didn’t show us when you gave the allowance on the front panel - what’s the purpose of the allowance and why is it showing at the centre of the panel. I was surprised when you flipped the front panel open and mentioned the allowance cause you didn’t talk about when you were cutting the front panel although you mentioned 3/4 allowance which I assumed it was for seams

what if the belly is bigger than bust? do i subtract from the belly circumference? Why do you subtract 2.5 from the 9(armhole)? what is slope for female or children?
Still use the belly. The size of the belly hardly affect the size of the arm. Watch the video and listen carefully I explained why you should remove those inches.
The shoulders of humans both male and female is slanted. That's why you remove those inches so as to slant the shoulders of the dress for proper fitting
