I spent hours on this railway as a child and getting older..when the bay hotel was open in the 90s in Portishead we would use the track to walk back to Pill… great times ⚓️🦈⚓️🦈🍺🍺 and we had plenty of raves under the railway bridges!

Still helps in rare weather combinations. If using these markers, the driver can decide how much earlier and how many metres sooner than normal to apply the brakes in, say, a leaves on the line situation.

Will it ever happen?to many delays and excuses makes me think it won't not in my lifetime which is so sad
