Used to drive Mercedes-Benz Sprinter on a daily basis, first few times it was scary, after a week or two, I was "a bit exceeding speed limits" as I felt amazingly comfortable. It was not a campervan though, just a van to transfer plenty of heavy stuff to different cities, pretty much long days on the road, loved it, kind of miss it! Btw my kitten wakes me up at 4:00 - 4:30 am on a daily basis :P
Hi grace so good to see u back as always missed u n most of all that smile of yours n god what a video u in the lake district how beautiful n great lovely views just breathe taking cant wait for your next adventure respect 🙏💯
Amazing place! Was staying in Glenridding a couple of weeks ago. You went up a cracking fell for that view I was on the one to the right with Lanty's tarn up top. Love your hiking videos, keep the videos coming, it's ok to take a break as well.
Welcome back, your vids have been missed. The van looks amazing. Just completed the campeasy tour of iceland you did. It was amazing. Thanks for inspiring me to do it.
How did you manage to look like the only person there?! Never seen Ullswater so quiet. Guessing this was earlier in the year, making the water pretty chilly haha😅. Looks awesome, really good drone footage, the views were stunning. The van had everything you'd need, pure luxury! Great video👍🏞🤘
So good to see you again Grace! What incredible scenery, absolutely stunning, and that sunrise was just wow! Thank you for bringing us along, Ullswater is definitely going on my list to visit!
So glad you are posting again. Always loved your videos but this one definitely felt like a step up in terms of quality. Can't wait for your next one 😊
I don't think natural lakes in national parks usually need a licence, but non-tidal rivers in England often need a licence/registration to use any watercraft. If you become a member of British Canoeing, it includes a waterways licence that covers lots of different rivers and canals. EDIT- Also, many rivers flow over private land and unless there is an established navigation right, you may be considered to be trespassing.
Yes most lakes you can SUP on but a select few you need a permit for. A quick google will tell you if a certain water is 👍🏻 or 👎🏻. Hope you have fun! ☺️
Welcome to God's own county Grace! You must have passed through Torver - I'd have bought you a pint if I'd known! And I'm the first to comment!!😀 (OK, 2nd)
Please don't advise people to camp overnight in a layby - it leads to chaos at the busiest times and contributes absolutely nothing to the local economy, which leads to fewer and fewer jobs in the area. There is also a pretty good chance they will be asked to move on during the night. You can pay to park overnight for £10 in the National Trust car parks at Aira Force, or Great Langdale
I mean you’re missing some context there Craig… He’s been surviving in the wilderness and using the means necessary to do so and doing it incredibly well. He’s not killing them for fun. Millions of people hunt and fish all year round and you and I are consumers so clearly we condone it if we eat it. Unless you’re telling me you’re vegan? He even ate the disgusting parts, not a single part of that squirrel went to waste which is far more respectful to the animal than how most are killed and only parts made use of. Great that you’re watching though 🙌🏻
@@GracesAdventures however you want to dress it up, he killed an animal for a game show. What a disgrace! I don’t consume anything animal related, thanks. I stopped watching after that, the pair of you imply you’re some big deal online, when the reality is neither of you have done anything credible.
I don’t imply whatsoever that I’m a big deal online I think you’re the one putting that emphasis on us both yourself. We’re just out here living out best lives ☺️🙌🏻 Thanks for the video watch anyway, few pennies in my adventure fund from the ad revenue 😊 have a good day!
Hi grace if you've not been there already I recommend the hidden gem twll Mawr in Wales for a good day of exploring plus the scrabbling is good fun
Good to have you back ❤
Thanks Philip 🙌🏻

It was! Thanks for watching 😊
Great to see you again Grace x
Thanks Ian!
Up until a few months ago, I had no idea that country music was a thing in the UK, I am absolutely over the moon with Taynee Lord and the Crookes.
Haha it’s not really I’m one of very few! Love it.
Country music is the best👍👍
So good to see you again Grace! What incredible scenery, absolutely stunning, and that sunrise was just wow! Thank you for bringing us along, Ullswater is definitely going on my list to visit!
So glad you are posting again. Always loved your videos but this one definitely felt like a step up in terms of quality. Can't wait for your next one 😊
Thanks so much ☺️
I want your life! What a blast you're having.
Go get it 🙌🏻☺️
What a cool van. Question: where is your yellow jacket from?
It’s from Decathlon but is 2 years old now 😊😊
Good to see you again Grace.. Can i ask what the trail was you walked up, the view is nice be good to do it..
It’s Glenridding Dodd, really nice easy trail 😊
@GracesAdventures thanks Grace. I'll do it one day. As a photographer I carry heavy bag lol
I'm sure that sign post says no overnight parking? I drove past them last week........
Glad your back! Do you use any websites or apps for recommended solo camping spots in the UK?
Park4Night is a good app for campervan spots but I just drive around or hike around alot and add things to my memory bank when I see cool spots!
Good to have you back Grace! Random question.. I really wana get into paddleboarding, can you paddleboard anywhere or do you need some sort of permit?

Nice your back and the Lake District. Glad your back 😊
I've just come across your channel new subscriber 🫶🏼
Awesome, thanks for the sub Craig!
Who's doing the filming of you from the water and on land when you are on the water?
A tripod with my phone and the latter few are drone shots. I sent it up to hover as I paddled around ☺️
Yawn ....... the world needs another Van lifer
I’m not a van lifer 😂 I just stayed in one for 2 nights to do some adventures… should give it a try. thanks for watching despite the yawn!

Your boyfriend has been killing animals on a tv show, is this something you condone?
