Woodturning - Playing with Bamboo, again!

- Welcome to today's woodturning project! After a while I decided to experiment with bamboo again. This time I went with different sizes and colors. I made this simple bowl, that I finished with high gloss lacquer. The turning was pretty hard, because it was mostly resin, but the result was worth it.

First video I've seen of Yours: this is gorgeous! I love how the the bamboo made the teardrop shapes around the blue and the angled shapes around the red. So cool.

Wow, that bowl is so perfect, it looks like it was made of dyed plastic! I love the beautiful pattern. And it's great to see bamboo being used in these, even if it's not nearly as simple as most wood trees.

Sure wish you cored it and made a set. I whimpered watching the insides come out in ribbons. Beautiful design, with teardrop final walls. Amazing.

Not sure what size that bowl is, but for all the work you did is there any way you could have cored it and gotten an additional smaller bowl? Your work is stunning!
What was the sprayed finish at the end? It came out with such force!! Lacquer?

PLEASE! Adjust your vertical blade guide to match the work piece! 3:00 I can see the blade wobbling side to side so also adjust the blade tension. RTFM!

It‘s so beautiful, but sadly you produced so much toxic waste. I definitely prefer your Wood-only works over this.
