there’s more content to come but i didn’t vlog much when i went on campus to get my books! don’t feel too comfy whipping my camera out in front of too many people yet!
but i’m having so much fun already the first week is almost over and i love all my classes!

Ah...in my country, we literally haven't stopped working except for a few weeks during lockdown. Our school year goes from January to December so I've been back at school for around 2 months already😭😅😂
I’m not in school this year. Bcs of my depressing and anxiety I took a year of for therapy. Twice a week a full day. Very tuff but I’m proud I’m doing it. Love to see these video of your school time bcs I miss it. :) x

Merel, what your doing (taking care of yourself) is laying the foundation for a life filled with endless possibilities and am sooo glad you truly realize the benefits it will bring.
Takes a lot of courage be like “I need find my balance and be ok with me” before going onto college.
Many don’t or are scared be open and honest with themselves how it would be sooo helpful (but) in a world of always on they just don’t wanna slow down and just discover who they are and what they want (really want) not what others want for them or what the world thinks is best.
Also really love that you are proud of yourself!!

no aspect of high school is rocket science, social life - hang out with who you want to, classes - not that difficult (do well for college tho), enjoy junior and senior year, it'll be some of the most freedom and least responsibility you'll ever have in your life.

I have all online classes this semester too! My recommendation is to be the first one to talk and start the conversation when the Zoom is awk because it pushes you outta your comfort zone and you’ll do better, promise !

Im also going to college in Michigan and i have a mix of online, in person, and hybrid classes. So far our school only has 4 cases of covid in the three weeks we've been open!
i come from germany and we have such a different university system in contrast to the usa. you continue to live in your apartment or house, go to college during the day and go home in the evening. you don't move in there directly. I'd love to swap places with one of you!

I am currently in Europe visiting family while taking online classes... It is hard because I go to Florida state university and the time difference is hard to keep up with especially with zoom classes.But i like that school is online, more traveling time.

So excited for you Hannah! You're gonna crush it :) As a junior in college now the best advice I can give is this: SLEEP when your body needs it, drink lots of water (you do that already hehe), and especially now just take it one day at a time. Remember that YOU CAN DO THIS! Lots of love to you!!

I'm fully online for my 4 classes this semester but some advice for zoom would be don't be afraid to talk/question your prof! They love when students interact because it's not a normal setting for class!
