Still lifting my head after 14 months playing snooker 😅

I tell myself to keep as still as possible, but somehow on the shot either I do not pause or I move on the shot likely lifting my head - as a result I miss 😅 However I’m mostly pleased with my progress, just need to find the consistency with every shot 👍🏼
