    Recap:
    *Synopsis*
DiSSS is a framework that can be applied to everything.
    *D*: Deconstruction
Take your goal and break it down into smaller tasks, and anticipate the reasons you may not reach your goal. Try to avoid any issues within the first 5 sessions of acting towards your goal.
    *S1*: Selection
Identify the most activities, tools, etc. that produce the majority of results or the most results in the shortest amount of time.
    *S2*: Sequencing
Predict how much more results your method/plan will yield if you adjust the list/order of tasks made in step *D*, say omitting the conventionally best practices. Change your plan accordingly.
    *S3*: Stakes
Create incentives to build motivation. Money is a great one.
    *Other Tips*
[] Acting out ordinary routines to practice things backwards can be a great, efficient way to learn.
[] The worst time to learn anything is when you are under pressure.
