    🎙Hare Krishna Vishal. A very important pointer here when you ask us to face the thoughts so I found that whatever negative or even positive thoughts 💭 are occuring during meditation while facing them, thoughts gradually disappear on their own. As it has been rightly said that, " Whatever you accept, that loses it's power on you. Whatever you resist, that becomes strong. Whatever you surrender to, that becomes the reason for your transformation. " This is very important pointer here : Facing the thoughts and completely surrendering to them and gradually, the transformation begins within the one who do so. Thank you Vishal. 🙏✨.       Minimum 5min se lekar 20min...
      ya jitna aap araam se kar sake utni der tak aap kar sakte hai....or kam se kam 90 din tak roz kare isse apko bohot acha parinaam milega Meditation ka ......

    Pura din rat man assant sa hai
    Din bhar negative thoughts chalta rahta hai. Ghar me kisi k bimari ko leke kisi ka takhlif ko leke me bahut paeshan hu. Plz suggest me I am not feeling well , Mai Kya karu ?

      Anapana is a Meditation not a pranayam....
      To Breathing jaisi bhi ho chest ya stomach usko waise hi naturally chalne de.......dnt try to change n dnt control.......
      Aap sirf apni nostrils se aati jaati saanson pr dhyaan de
