I love using metamorphasis on my Crystal Tech Scholar and Stormstress when facing aggro lists. You can sometimes get a clutch frontline to save your face that way.
My deck is the same, only instead of 2x Demogorgons 2x City Planners and instead of Helmna the second Helian Elite. Metamorphosis will soon be nerf. What is the best way to replace them? I'm thinking of putting a couple of Flame of the Second Shattering in the deck, or better 2x Unanounced Arrival? What do you recommend?
@@CopperPitch The Metamorphosis is dead. I removed both copies of it from the deck, put one copy of Flame of the second shatterig and Serris, and also made one important improvement in my opinion - replaced one copy of Tracking Bolt with one copy of Magnetic Blast to be protected from armored creatures, for example Guild Enforcer, which is often played or simply not to lose immediately to Aggro Light after Protective Benediction on 3 creatures at the beginning of the game. Think this is the optimal build.
I play this kind of deck every day. I don't have 2 Demos, however. Demo is important because, one weakness with Magic is that they can't heal. Yeah you got Helmina and all, but still you have to get damage in the early game
They change Moramag to "...each ennemy creature." Love the games but changing cards like they do is killing the economics behind the games. Just imagine if Magic the gathering was changing Black lotus lol! It would be worth nothing. Or who want to invest in cards you think is very cool but can change overtime. With all the changes they have done, there is no more low cost magic control in top deck
Moramag was too good and it was still unlocked for balance, now it is locked though. However I agree, and just spoke about this exact card in my last stream. Why not make it do 5 to all creatures and still hit face too? Instead they murder cards when they could've just nerfed it.
@@CopperPitch yeah I agree it was powerful ! maybe too much but its a legendary card so it need to be powerful. But like you said, reducing the damage and keeping the "all ennemy character" would have been better.
I have exactly the same deck as you and I can´t beat anyone. I know how to play and it´s unbelievable to see you at level 12. I´m level 8-9-10. I know how to play but simply I gave up of this game. Make me nervous and in the 10 daily matches, I barely win 1 our of 10. This game is a shit!

You can try a second Helian Elite instead, but against aggro may have more trouble. If so, try Guild Enforcers potentially!
