Even with English as my primary language, I find your videos simply brilliant! As the facilitator and coach of a women's leadership group, I was responsible for making the women feel comfortable enough to openly share their fears and vulnerabilities. As a result, I coached one woman to have the courage to successfully launch her new yoga business. The measurable result at the end of the 8 week program was 7 out of 8 women achieved their goals!
“Where do you see yourself in 5 years?” is a question that shakes me to my core especially that I’m a fresh grad and don’t necessarily have a clear vision of where I’m headed.
I collaborated with the SPLA and the UN teams over a disputed patrol at the security check point. This because my main responsibility as an interpretator in between the two rival teams is to let them understand each other since they do not speak a common language...
I really love the way she speaks. It's a clearly pronounciation. I can understand every words she pronounces. How a great explanation💯
Thank you, Lorena! I'm thrilled to know that you can clearly understand what is being said in my lesson!
Sure!!! She is Very good!!!

I've got a little bit nervous at my last job interview . However I've remembered of using words like responsability and initiative as well avoiding to use cliches.
The way you presenting all the points are SENSATIONAL, I began to love your lessons
I have a very collaborative leadership style. In my last job I attended the daily and weeklyly meetings conducted by the construction personnel and was on hand to proactively help with engineering problems that arose during construction. This saved the need for the construction personnel to write lengthy letters and enabled us to work jointly as a team to develop engineering solutions and work around to site issues.
I was always forcing myself “to sell yourself” because I didn’t hear otherwise in the US culture for getting the result you want.
So it is great to know there is a person teaching about job interviews to put me at ease from the start. Many thanks to reset my standpoint.
I used most of these words in my interview in fact it was a fruitful strategy. I got the position, thank you a lot teacher
Fantastic! I'm thrilled you got the position! 👏👏👏
did you used during the "tell me about yourself" too?
I'm not used to saying those eight power words, Annemarie. It will take me a lot of practice for them to come out naturally and not memorized. Thanks for all your hard work for us!
Great advice and explanation! Your presenstation is not only compelling but also appealing. I could relate it to my work experience.
Some people don't even realize how beneficial they can be just by giving us power words you simultaneously have given me so much more.uv shown me smooth delivery and proper pairing ur great. People like yourself give me hope that not all is lost to ignorance and smut. I want to sincerely thank you
One of the difficult questions in my job interview was about my weaknesses.... I said - job interviews aren't my strong point due to I don't change the job very often. I am a stable;) so it turns to my strength;)
Hello teacher! This tips are amazing, certainly will help us in our future interviews
Thank you for another wonderful lesson. Examples with phrases help remember the words and their meanings.
Interviewer: Are you a good team player?
Me: Yes, I can collaborate with people pretty well. As I’ve learned a lot of teamwork skills from my job working as a waitress in restaurants or doing teamwork assignments at school. I realized that if you work with a respectful, enthusiastic and responsible attitude, there will be no problems to collaborate with people. Also, it’s important to be patient and understanding for everyone.
Thank you very much for your lesson! ^^
I have an interview tmrw & this has been like a golden key. Thank you. The examples given are really useful.
I fully agree. These are really powerful words - Initiative, Example, ..

Thank you teacher! On my last job I was responsable for keeping the accounting records and I had the opportunity to collaborate with the payroll department to get the job done. I would appreciate if you check my grammar and sentence structure. What is more difficult than a job interview? Answer: A job interview for non native English speakers. Thank you again. You are an amazing teacher.

Great video. I am so glad you did not suggest these two words that get your resume thrown into the dumpster according to my neighbor who is head of HR at her company. The two words are; "passionate" and "thrilled." ------ As in, "I am passionate about XYZ." or, "I was thrilled to work on project XYZ." My HR neighbor said those are empty virtue signalling words. Your 8 words are very powerful.
