    I just started waking up at 5am to get my day started with God. My day has been so much more productive! Best decision I made. It was hard at first
    I just not too long ago started making my bed too. I use to think it was pointless until I started doing it and oh boy it makes a difference. It sets a tune that is unexplainable 😅
    I’m gonna try apple cider vinegar

    Walks are AMAZING. They're my favorite and I look forward to them all the time. It feels refreshing and I always feel better when I walk!

    I used to do ACV with just water and chug it too. I have been following the Trim Healthy Mama way of eating for the past 15 months and they have a drink called Good Girl Moonshine. There are many different variations of it, but the base of it is ACV, ground ginger, and stevia. I LOVE it! If you haven’t heard of it you should look it up. Great video, tfs 🤗

    Morning routine is always the same during the week, wake up, meds, dog out, devotions, waking up kiddo, get ready, fixing lunches, feeding dog, coffee fixed, water fixed then out the door....whew I am tired 😂

    I just started doing The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod which consists of 6 habits called SAVERS. I read The Daily Stoic in the morning with a cup of herbal tea. With respect, I don’t read any bibles/follow a faith but I do affirmations, visualizations and exercise similar to yourself. I used to do to do everything on the fly, but I’m finding out how important a routine is. 😅
