I'm age 36 and currently 36 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby. I have had all low risk pregnancies and unmedicated natural births in hospital, except my second birth was a roadside birth, but I didn't make it to the hospital. The birth went really well despite not making it on time.

I discovered the Handy Library app from the RUclips channel Pursuing Peace. I have scanned over 1000 books so far....and have another 30+ boxes of books to scan 😅 I love books! I also have colored stickers to add to the books. We're moving in the next couple weeks, so I will wait until i set up our homeschool room before i do any more. It's a process, but it will help save so much time and money in the long run!

I am pregnant with my second! My first was a natural home birth and i also tore big time. I’m doing another home birth with number two but I’m praying for little to no tearing!!!

What are some good recommendations for christians books or devotionals for your children? I am interested to see also any books you recommend that aren't necessarily christian but are good clean books for kids. Thanks in advance for any help! I just had my third baby almost 3 weeks ago. With my first I had an epidural. Biggest regret I have. I permanent nerve damage and there is a hole allowing air into my spine. She's 9 now. My second and third were both unmedicated. If I have another baby I'll go unmedicated again. No spinal damage or risk of it! Fear makes a huge difference in being able to have a good experience going unmedicated. The nurse really discouraged me when I was in labor with my second. She announced to the room "she's at a 5. We still have hours". Everyone was moving so show. I asked for the epidural because i knew of they got more intense than that I couldn't handle it. Well thankfully the nurse was wrong. In about 40 minutes i was ready to push. I didn't get the epidural and I'm so thankful! I was at the hospital for 53 minutes when she was born. I got to the hospital at 8 CM dilated with my son. He was born 50 minutes later. His birth was the best of the three. I'll definitely do it again, if we have anymore babies. For reference I had DD1 at 21. I had DD2 at 27. I had DS at 30.

5 babies and each has been different. Some came all on their own medicine. And 2 i needed pitocin (was not contracting HOURS after my waterbreaking) and once they give me pitocin i NEED an epidural. Those contractions (for me) do NOT feel natural and i cant breath through them at all! Do what you need to mommas

We’re doing the mission studies at our co-op this year 💕 We decided to order the books for younger readers for the classes, but I’m sure families will read the other longer versions at home 👍🏻 We’ve used apologia for the last few years and I really like it! My daughter uses it at Cc and the audible versions and lab books were helpful too.

Last year I taught a LEGOS class at our co-op! The kids loved it. We worked out of the LEGO Bible, so we did things like Noah’s Ark, Tower of Babel, David and Goliath.. etc. the kid’s are SO CREATIVE it blew me away! They will have so much fun!

The Children’s Bool of Virtues was one of my kindergartner’s 3 favorite books I read to her this year.

I purchased the same Apologia General Earth Science book as well this year. I plan on doing it once a week and taking roughly two weeks per lesson.

Our kids have listened to the album like 5 times now and they are already learning the lyrics. (And the songs are super catchy for us parents too lol. 😝 😊)

Thinking about all about reading for my struggling reader, but not really sure yet. We have TGATB Language arts level one and math with confidence. This is my first year so trying to figure it out. 😅

We loved TGTB's level 2 language arts curriculum. The books are wonderful! It was so nice to read those together! We'll be doing TGTB for the most part (LA, math, handwriting and science) SS/civics we do a combo of things: Little Patriots and we're trying America's Story. My son loves geography and learning about the world so we sprinkle that in through the year. We are excited to try Morning Manna for bible this year!

This is a great video! I would love to see more a day in the life or morning summer routine videos with time hours added. I know you wake up around 6:30 or 7:00 am, but I love the hour details of when you start doing things! It gives me ideas.

So exciting!!! It turned out beautifully!! I love love the organization part of motherhood and homeschooling lol. I had a ball last month reorganizing our living room alcove homeschool space and putting in two white ikea cabinets. Finally getting the organization space just makes all the difference!! I'm a new subscriber :) Excited to learn more about your Bible curriculum! For Kindergarten, I use All About Reading or Logic of English (depending on the child), Handwriting Without Tears, & Math U See Primer! My youngest is going in to 2nd grade and my oldest 9th. Then the two in the middle are going into 7th & 4th.

we are doing TBTB math and ELA curriculums. I may add the handwriting without tears!
