1. “Mountain Als” = Hippia frutescens (Scrambling Wormwood)
2. Wilde Als from the Garden = Artemisia afra
3. Dried Wilde Als = Artemisia afra
The method used here is simply: Herb + Hot Water = Tea ☕️
