Tampa mother still missing after daughter found

Tampa police are searching for 34-year-old Sylvia Pagan, who was last seen with her boyfriend and 9-year-old daughter. The child is safe and her boyfriend is dead, but Pagan remains missing. The case is linked to an early morning AMBER Alert.
