I'm going to have to agree to disagree on the "really good" prices. The price is completely due to the location. I'd say they're fair prices for the collection location and the fact that this is the HardRock Summit. However, the value market, i.e. "really good prices", right now for ruby specimens is Afghan specimens coming through Peshawar, Pakistan in my opinion.
Yes, I agree with you... And to be honest, ruby specimens are not as rare as this salesman described. The location adds too much value to these specimens, which make the price overestimated than their "real value".
